Everything that I tried here was so delicious!! It’s worth going to eat at this establishment. The atmosphere was clean & orderly, the service was quick, and the employees were all so attentive and kind.
So many positives! I try and go for pho for dine in only because usually it doesn't hit the same for home delivery until I discovered this place. I love how everything is packed separately, in good quality spill proof containers and how everything (including the veggies tray that separates noodles from broth) is microwave safe. The biggest pro for me was they vegan pho and broth option that actually tastes amazing and authentic. Kind of rare to find in long beach.I did also...
I ordered pho with wide noodles (shoelace wide) brisket and rare flank and shaken beef with fried rice. Pho was 3.5/5. Does the job. Broth tastes good but could use more beef. Brisket is not as fatty or as "briskety" and could not tell apart from "rare" flank. Also, I should have ordered the shaken beef with white rice.
