If you’re looking for a classic bagel, this is not the place. These are not bagels, they are rolls.
“Works” was mysteriously missing flavor. Service was good, friendly, efficient . Maybe next time I will try a sandwich, but I would consider this a sandwich place option. Not a bagel “bakery.

The man making my coffee was on a call before getting to me, so respectfully, I waited until he was done. However, after ordering, he didn’t wash his hands, and just hostile environment, no customer service at all and to say the least I could have done better coffee at home.

Excited to try out this new place but the workers kinda had an attitude… worst way to start out ur morning. felt like I was an inconvenience (it wasn’t rush hour or anything, literally 3-4 other customers) I got a bagel which they didn’t get my order right, and then a smoothie which was good

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and strawberry jelly but cashier says they only have grape jelly. Frustrated, I was about to leave I until she casually mentions flavored cream cheese, I immediately said why didn't you suggest that in the first place. Customer service without a good manager on site can be the reason why businesses fail.

For my first visit, I had high hopes; at the very least a friendly face, with a smile, at the counter. That wasn’t the case. My wife and I were excited to visit, but with the attitude at the cashier and the attitude from the barista, I’d rather not come back and treated as a bother, an obstacle, an inconvenience. Rush hour is real, but at least have a good attitude. The only smile we got was from the very friendly bagel server. I hope things get better with some competition around the corner coming soon. For a total of 45$ for two bagels and two drinks, I’m good. I’ve had better at yum yum. Shouldn’t have left a $5 tip but I’m nice.

This place is filthy. There is thick dust in the hard to reach places. The floor is sticky. The tables are sticky. The counters are sticky. They have a code for the bathroom and it must be entered by an employee. The employees do not wash their hands after opening the bathroom. This violates health code. I am sorry I spent money here.

So I decided to walk here it’s about a half a mile from my apartment but I wanted a morning walk to get my breakfast and take it back home with me. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an egg bagel. They made it, was given to me in a bag. I walked back home ,once I got home I saw that it’s a bacon, egg and cheese on some kind of jalapeño asiago type of bagel…. And what’s funny is when they announced my order to pick it up while I was standing there they said bacon, egg, and cheese on an egg bagel that’s how I knew it was mine. I guess none of them know what an egg bagel is?…. I don’t know how they messed this up. I checked to make sure they had it before I ordered so I just took the meat and cheese and bacon off the bagel and decided to have a really overpriced keto breakfast. If I had sat down and eaten there, I would’ve brought this to their attention, but I would say if you order from here, open up your food and check it before you leave.

Got 4 items for $31: 2 Large drinks 1 medium drink (ranging from $5-$6) and a bagel that cost ~$14. It was all yummy especially the thai tea and cookies and cream. The bagel shop is filled with cute funny bagel decorations as well which added a nicer touch. Will be coming here again!

As others have mentioned this place is a joke when it comes to the meat/fish/etc being placed on the bagel sandwich or salad.

My girlfriend and I ordered two bagel sandwiches with egg cheese and bacon, I think there was less than 1/8th of a slice of bacon on my girlfriend’s sandwich. My sandwich had zero bacon.

They were also jalapeño bagels - I think I was given the wrong bagel because mine was just cheese flavored not a single bite of jalapeño.

The orange juice was phenomenal though.

But yeah $6/bagel and no bacon - this must be BYOB, bring your own bacon.

I come here often and its usually great but today I asked for iced coffee and got it hot when I asked for it to be fixed they just poured the hot coffee in a cup of ice. It was lazy, rude, and made the coffee taste terrible.
