The decline of customer loyalty is happening everywhere, but seemed to happen overnight at this location. I was a daily customer and now I go out of my way to the 7/11 on Broadway, because they always have the beer I drink and someone at the cash register not making you wait because they’re filling an internet order. There goes 50 bucks a day not being spent here on my bad habits ?

The absolute worst 7-11 I've ever been to! I went there for my first and last time on 9/13/23 at 7:00pm. The rude clerk double-charged me and refused to correct the price. She actually she told me she didn't want my business when I told her I'd never go there again. There are lots of 7-11's nearby that charge fair prices and don't treat their customers so badly. I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 1 Star!

This place has terrible customer service and blonde male cashier has selective hello practices. Looked me right in the eye and did not speak or say anything. Spoke to all other customers as they came in and paid for their items. This location never have slurpee cups and I asked the older employee as to why? The response I received was I just work here talk to the owner then brushed me off. The impression I got from her is that the owner only purchase one size of cups so customers can only purchase one size of slurpee for profit purposes. I have a young child and just wanted a small for the beach and I will never step foot in this location ever again. This place deserves 0 stars!!!

Quick and easy service. They also had nice and polite service. The Clerk was also knowledgeable about how to use the check-out feature of the 7-Eleven app (most stores don't know how, including my regular store).

Been traveling all day, moved into a new apt, don’t even have a fridge yet. Stopped by late at night (after checking online that they were 24hr), got denied entry by a cardboard sign and the associate waving me off, great to know you can’t be bothered to do your job
I’ve tried loading my cash app 4x there’s always a problem. Either the machine is down or they stop loading cash app first it was 10pm today it’s 8pm. I’m starting to think they don’t know how to or they’re just lazy .

These people are thief's. this has to be some of the most horrible service ever. I bought a aux connector and a hour later I realized I had it at the gym I work which is not far at all. I go back and the cashier says the policy is no return on electronics however that's false and illegal. I get told to go the next day and they end up telling me the item is "used" here are some pictures of that being false and here are some pictures of no sign being displayed at their electronic section with their made up rules. As well a picture of my receipt with that policy not even showing. The owner was so close to pushing me away out the store when I told her I would detain her and sweep her if she got close since I'm a pro fighter and bjj trainer. She then lied and starting saying i threatened her when she got all close to me and took my item away without giving me a refund Neither. I called the police for her so we made a report and she got mad and kicked me out i didnt even know she was the owner because she doesnt even wear uniform just wears whatever and gets in peoples face teasing after she stole from them! 7 eleven did nothing but waste my time and believe her version when I have the evidence here. This is a shady company be careful people and don't ever shop Here!
