This was such a disappointing experience. The store hours say they are open until 5 pm and I arrived at 4 pm, yet I was told they were already closing. I had driven all the way there specifically to pick up my Good To Go bag, but they refused to give it to me because of an issue with their app. There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the situation. The interaction felt rude and dismissive.

I love this shop, don't eat often but when I have a taste for a turkey and cheese croissant and French vanilla coffee, this is the place I go every time. Also, the customer service here from the young ladies is always welcoming and sweet. They are always professional and helpful. My daughter has me hooked on this shop.
