Great service and food. We had a large party and really appreciated all the help and patience with our large group.

I greeted the one of the hostess's (they didn't greet me) when I approached the table and told them I had a reservation. She said I'll be back and did not check me in. Other patrons came and were checked in, and seated. I went back to give my name and reservation time with a different hostess. I was then checked in and eventually seated. My waiter was pleasant. Unfortunately the initial unprofessional interaction definitely set the tone for my impression of the restaurant. Everything that followed made for a mediocre dining experience. Based on the hostess's lack of etiquette I won't be coming back to spend my money or time here.

Was disappointed in the service as they were not attentive even thought I was as patient as can be. I even had to ask for my own drinks and utensils from the bar. I tried asking serval time and the girl would forget then she went on break and still didn't bring me basic things I asked for

My favorite thing is the outdoor dining on the water with the soft lighting and heating lamps to make more of an intimate atmosphere. Our dinner was really good and the staff were really friendly as well.

I try to refrain myself from leaving bad reviews but honestly the service was super slow. Our reservation was at 5:30 which we were seated right away. Once we were seated we probably sat for about 30 Minutes with no acknowledgment. If it wasn't for it being my mother's birthday and trying to make the best of it I would have walked out. They put the salsa on the table and never brought the chips until about 1 hour later after we asked them twice. After one hour of being there they finally got our drink order which took another 20 mins to come back with them. The food did not take too long once we put in our order but at that point I was super embarrassed that I suggested this restaurant to my family. Also we did see another family walk out after they were experiencing the same issue.

Great place to view the water and enjoy terrific Mexican food. We enjoyed seeing boats decked out with Christmas lights on their way to the Boat Parade in Naples from our table.

I believe this is one of the last remaining Acapulco restaurants in the region. (Thirty years ago my husband and I became engaged in an Acapulco that has long since closed.) This one is a gem, with lovely views right on the water. Evelyn was our marvelous server. She made guacamole at the table and it was excellent. All of our dishes were yummy - the salmon entree, spinach enchiladas, and more. The margaritas were a little light on the tequila. We wish we lived closer to this location so we could visit more often.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday brunch. The food is always consistent. And the service was wonderful. This is our favorite restaurant.

Acapulco made my friends birthday dinner a night to remember! Our sever, Jesus M, was spectacular. He made sure our water cups were never empty, even with our large party size. He went above and beyond and to accommodate us. The drinks here were delicious along with the food! Thank you so much for making this night so special!!

The food was gross. Have been here many times and never had complaints. The shredded beef was like dog food on a store bought taco shell. All 6 people at our table did not like the food.

Too loud, servers cant hear, spicier than food in Acapulco. Larger plates to hold waaaay too much rice and beans. Will go back for Sunday brunch and see if eating outdoors is better. Food too spicy for seniors without ample warning from servers. Overpour by bartenders made up for everything.
