A real surprise - food is excellent but the waitress was more interested in her make-up than her job. Owner (?) sat talking with his friends then went behind the counter and helped himself - didn't get customers at all.
This is my second time coming here, I ordered cha quai with other dishes. The first time here we ordered two Phnom Penh Noodle dishes (Kuy Teav Phnom Penh) and cha quai. The kuy teav and cha quai were perfect, exactly what we wanted.Unfortunately this time around the dishes fell flat. I ordered an order of Kuy Teav Phnom Penh, two orders of cha quai, an order of beef skewers (Sach Ko Jakak). It was busy so I had to wait for my order. That is understandable, good food is worth...
