We ordered online a buy one get one sandwich as the special we wanted could only be purchased online at the website, but it did not work right. When we got to the store, the order was wrong. We clipped the coupon, and it dumped it out of the cart after checkout. The young lady working at the counter told us she could not do anything to help, so we should try to order it again and cancel the order online. We tried that, and it did the same thing. She then told us there was nothing she could do regarding canceling the order. I asked to speak to a manager. She said that was her, but in reality, it was not her, and it seems there was no manager on site. This still has not been resolved. They said it could take up to 4 days. Recommendations: Stop lying to the customer, and two go some other place if you don't want to deal with poor service.

First time at Arby's and decided to take advantage of the $1 sliders. Ordered 20 sliders and got 21! Felt super bad though because our order was holding up the line.. but the awesome employees pulled through. Totally expected the chicken to be the size of a nugget, but I was really happy to see that it's as big as advertised. My mom usually hates fast food but she loved the buffalo chicken (so did I!). Sucks that we don't live in the area, this would be my go-to. Highly recommend!

Went later at night to pickup a mobile order and everything was old. Should’ve checked before I left. Contacted them the next day and have yet to receive a reply. Avoid this one they microwave the fried food!

Such a great deal for 30 boneless wings at $16.99.There's only one Arby's in the city I live in, and I haven't gone to Arby's in nearly two decades. These wings brought me back.I ordered online for pick up since I would be in the Bixby Knolls area for a dentist appointment. I was late picking them up, but they were still good. They had my order behind the counter. Pick up was easy and quick.This is a late review and the Buffalo boneless wings promo is now over, but I would still return to check out the other items. Next deal to nab: 2 can dine for $9.99.

We always go to this Arby's and they would always honor all their coupons that came with the grocery fliers. Today, they said they only honor "certain" coupons because they are a franchise. The only way we would know if they honor a coupon is upon ordering. They lost a customer today!

They close their store to people on foot before they close it to people in cars. Requiring people to drive to get food is climate denial. They were also closed to people on foot throughout the pandemic. The owners (no idea if it is corporate or a franchise)should be ashamed.
