As someone who helps people find home for a living, I appreciate the magic of a space where people gather, connect, and slow down. Aroma Di Roma has soul. The kind that lingers long after the last sip. Highly recommend.

Let’s settle the gelato debate first. Aroma di Roma serves what might be Southern California’s finest—creamy, dense, and balanced without cloying sweetness. At $6.50 for four scoops, it’s a steal compared to trendy spots charging double for half the portion. Yes, grocery store ice cream is cheaper, but this is the real deal: lower fat, richer flavor, and craftsmanship that mass producers can’t replicate.

The coffee gelato alone justifies the visit....

This is a nice place to grab a coffee in Belmont Shore.
There's plenty of seating inside and outdoors (some of which is covered to protect you from the elements).
The coffee is reasonably priced, but I didn't find the latte's strong enough for my taste.
Personally, I didn't think there was much of a selection of cakes and pastries.
Nice clean restrooms (which you have to ask for a key to enter).
Nice friendly staff.
