Owner expects customer to be happy with wrong order 😂😂😂

I went in today around 2pm and asked for a shot of espresso with a splash of eggnog. Employee said “sure, an eggnog latte.” I told him I don’t want milk, just splash of eggnog. He said “I know what you want.” Then he charged me for a small holiday beverage. I watched him make an eggnog latte…with milk… confirming that he had completely misunderstood and overcharged me. When I called him out on it, he did not apologize or even try to correct his mistake of overcharging me. All I got was “here, you can have as much eggnog as you want” and handed me the carton to pour myself.

I stopped by today, believing that I would have the same heavenly Americano, as I did 2 weeks ago, on a Friday. Disappointed indeed...Different barista, different coffee. I can't believe the difference coming from the same cafe. The Americano today was total opposite of what I had experienced, previously. I had to pour it out, I couldn't rescue it.

I am unaware of your remark, relating to free drinks and discounts...You are in reference to a totally different customer. Also, both baristas were male that had served me.
Just as previous visits, I actually gave a $2 tip towards my $4.60 cup of coffee ? I'll be generous with the review, as well, and modify it from 1 star, because my previous Americano was superb? Have a pleasant day!

OMG my son & I stopped in after visiting the bank. My Sexy Bagel w/ turkey was FLIPPING PHENOMENAL!!! And my sons prosciutto panini was THE BOMB!!! And the coffees were spot on!! We'll definitely have to go back for breakfast again!!!

Love this place. The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The food is great. Wish the cookies were priced more appropriately as they are very expensive for what you get. But overall, I love the quality here.

The worst place to go. half an hour waiting for a burrito for the employee to tell me that they don't have turkey. When I ask to speak to the manager who was sitting quietly eating his breakfast, he tells me that he doesn't have tortillas. I mean, one of them lied to my face that he doesn't have turkey and the other that he doesn't. It has tortillas. I ask that I get my money back and that I order online, he can't do anything. I ask for a solution from the manager, who has existed at the place for 7 years, named DIEGO, and the solution is to keep waiting and order a sandwich. Not even the courtesy of calling to say that they don't have to place the order, terrible service, terrible attention. don't go it's a waste of time

Stopped by just on a whim while walking to Naples, because it seemed so inviting. Really glad I did. Food and service was outstanding. Had the avocado toast with tea, but other customers’ food looked great too. Will definitely be going back.

The staff and building are very cute. The cappuccino was $4 for a small cup.However, the cappuccino leaves much to be desired for. Please coach your barista for doing it in a way that it’s actually a capucchino in the end. Today, it just was very hot coffee with a little bit of foamed milk on top. The beans were not very smoothly roasted.Anyway, customer service was awesome. Toilets are very clean. The interior design is cozy and modern at the same time.The coffee shop is only a one minute walk from the bus stop for the Dash express bus 142 and from City Hall.

Lovely little cafe, a short walk from the main hotels.
