Wonderful food expertly prepared from a nicely curated menu. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
We had a lovely meal and great service. The carrots were a favorite and the fish entree was so light and tasty!
Another incredible meal at Bar Becky tonight! If you haven't been, book a table immediately. If you've already tried it, go back—the menu evolves with the seasons showcasing amazing dishes. But great dishes remain consistently (Mom's Carrots are amazing; the focaccia is the best you'll find outside Italy) It proves that simple ingredients when executed expertly, result in a memorable meal. The flavors are consistently outstanding and it remains a top-tier dining experience.
This was our first time and I was disappointed with the wine choices/lack of decent wine, the pasta was not al dente but undercooked and the sauce was just spicey with no flavors/the other one was overcooked. The appetizers were not creative and lacked any fusion of flavors. The hamachi sauce was so strong that you couldn't taste the hamachi. Very sad because I was excited to find another restaurant in LB. 🥲😑
The beet salad was the best we have ever had. The swordfish was amazing...you could cut it with a fork. And the pumpkin agnolotti with sage was yummy. The cocktail menu was very inspired...I had the Anne Marie. Service was spot on and we enjoyed chatting with the owner/chef Johnathan.
Great food with a unique approach to its menu items. Menu changes often which is cool. Smaller portions than most restaurants which i like because it doesn't feel gluttonous. All the staff is so nice and work well together, always helping each other out. Love this place.
Unbelievable experience! The entire time we felt like family and your can truly tell that the chef pours his heart and soul into his food. Tried the swordfish, pork chop, chicken and dumplings, and pasta… every dish was worthy of a Michelin star! Will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend Bar Becky!
Despite mentioning there would be a birthday in our reservation, no mention was made of it at all. That was disappointing.
Devine!!! EVERY single dish is created with love and attention to detail. Makes you want more! Hands down one of the BEST experiences. We love sitting at the bar top so we can watch chef Jonathan who is his thing.
The food was absolutely delicious. We went on a Wed. It was quiet enough for conversation.

We made reservations that went from a two couple dinner to a 5 couple dinner. We work weekends and did not notice they closed only 45 min after our reservation. They treated us great, we had the place to our selves for the duration of our dinner and it was honestly so special. I could not be more appreciative of the whole crew there. We had fantastic food and drinks. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I mean hell, we drove an hour away for it.
I had such a great meal. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to get here. I don't mean that I live far away, I meant that I know it's been here for a while and I never checked it out. Every bite that I ate felt skillfully crafted. From the simple scratch focaccia that had an amazing crispy crust and wonderful compound butter to the prime steak that was perfectly cooked to medium rare while most all of the fat was rendered. We also had a beet salad that was an adventure on our palates. It was crunchy and sweet and had several unexpected bites. but the dessert was the unsung hero of the night. We ordered two desserts and I thought the Nutella dessert was going to be hands down the best but as amazing as it was it was like an elementary school pudding pop next to the complexity that was in the panna cotta. There are a handful of desserts that I've had in my life that the description doesn't do them justice and this was one of them. If the waitress didn't recommend it we would have skipped it. Immediately at the first bite I knew this was one of the desserts I will talk about for a while. When I took a slice of the pear in a spoon filled with panna cotta and tasted it I know right away that this was something special. I had grown up. It affected me that strongly. The flavors were so complex that I actually grew up.
We have eaten here several times and always enjoy it. The food is great and always changing. Their cocktails are also very good. We are looking forward to going back soon.
One of our favorite restaurants food is always excellent went for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations the Ceaser is our favorite had the denver steak and Bolognese pasta so good finished with ricotta donut we will be back to this wonderful little gem
My husband and I split one thing from every course . First, the beet salad, which was fantastic! How did they get the quinoa so crunchy? Then, the focaccia with prosciutto and ricotta was so crispy and buttery. The pumpkin ravioli was next, with roasted hazelnuts. So decadent. Lastly, the duck was so tender and moist. We also split a bottle of the Beckman cab, which paired beautifully with everything!
