Fist off I love baskin robins been buying cakes from them every year. I got a icecream cake from baskin robins off willow for the first time at this establishment and it was 84.99, after serving the cake one of the kids came to me and it was a long black hair that was embedded into the cake. It was so gross the kids did not want the icecream anymore. I was disappointed that when I called they said they would have the manager call me back and they nevered did. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything. I would not be coming back to this shop.

I noticed that the people who own this business establishment isn't responding to the negative comments on the reviews section???🤔.....if this is the response the community gets for supporting their success,then the people in this residence should not, and I repeat, should not support a business like this because not responding shows character and the empathy toward their clients....no empathy?....then no support!!!.... not a worry about any complaints the community might have, just to make it better for us all... but that definitely is not the case here.... there are months ago messages and even... years ago complaints..... and no response to any of those complaints...... we the community need to stand together for situations in our communities just like this one.....SlumLord owners mentality!!!!!!

Love the customer service that my bf and I get from Reza! She’s always so patient and friendly!
Ordered a cake for my child, expecting it to come out wonderful as usual since I have purchased cakes from there for almost 8 years. This last time was horrible the cake had no design plain color not what I asked for. I’ve seen 2 men work there they look like they’re in their 30-40 yrs and they have an attitude. Jackie was the best at doing cakes almost everything but she’s no longer there. Now I’ll have to find a different baskin Robbins. The owner/manager he’s not the issue it’s the employees.

I went there around 9:20 pm they closed at 10 :00 pm they were rude bad service they said they were almost closing and they only have 3 kinds outside . Not good flavors . Bad

Poorly managed facility. Ordered the $60 thanksgiving cake online and paid prior to pick up. Upon arrival we were told they did not have my order nor did they have any cakes available. After the worker spoke with their manager they finally found the order but still was unable to provide the cake requested. At the end I got my cash refund due to their inability to provide a cake that was ordered in advance.
