I just can't believe I am writing a bad review on this place that I have been coming for many years but what I just experienced last night literally ruined my enjoyment of this place! On 09/27/24 around 8:25pm I went with my husband to buy ice cream. We ordered a double scoop (cookies n cream and strawberry cheesecake), one single scoop (strawberry cheesecake) but the guy got confused and got me cookies n cream so I decided to keep that one and still get another single scoop of strawberry cheesecake, and I try a new flavor ( not new for the store but new for me since I usually get the same flavors every time) , I honestly can't remember the flavor but is not listed on the flavors online. So anyway, I decided to get that flavor because it tasted good and also had cashews. Got home and sat down on the couch and started eating and enjoying my ice cream and on the last scoop I was able to eat (I had plenty of ice cream left but after what happened I couldn't eat anymore) I left something hard in my mouth and I spit it out and it was a FREAKING ACRYLIC NAIL! Yes you read that right! I was so grossed out by that, that I immediately went to the bathroom to throw up! I was livid for what I just experienced. My husband immediately called the store and there was no manager onsite, and the employee that answered the phone said the manager was going to be there on Sunday! The employee offered a free ice cream in replace ( let's be honest, that is not the point and a free ice cream wont make it right) plus who is going to eat another ice cream after what I just had experience???

California law says employees must wear single use non latex gloves when they have cuts, sores, rashes, artificial nails, nail polish, or rings. I been a customer from this store for years and I have never seen any employee with gloves.
I am still so disgusted!

In a day and age where service and courtesy have taken a nosedive, I was blown away by the great service I got here this week!

I went on Thursday to redeem a number of free kid scoop coupons and gift cards for a class ice cream party my son’s school.

I had called on Wednesday to ask some basic questions and Matthew was so very kind to answer my silly questions and also left a note for the staff working the next day to give them a heads up that I would be coming in for more than 30 kid scoops.

Then on Thursday I received a call from Kaylie who very generously got my order and packaged the scoops for me so they'd be ready when I came in. It saved me so much time.

And then Kyrie was so patient and helpful with processing my coupons and gift cards, and he held the doors open for me when going in and out with my cooler.

Very thankful for the service I received! And, of course, you can’t beat the ice cream!

Man this made my day ! i was so hungry and craving strawberry Ice cream and i was in the right place ! Never failed me yet.

This location has dropped off recently. Today I was outside and I watched them turn away kids at 930 even though they close at 10. There were about 9 kids (just finishing up their martial arts practice) and they turned off the open sign right when the walked up. There was another couple who was pulling up in their car at the same time. I couldn't believe it. I don't think I'll be going back.

Came by after Dave & Busters to grab some ice cream. My daughter couldn't decide which flavor she wanted and Khyre offered to split the scoops for her. Great service. Offered us samples which I haven't seen in a while. Try the flavor of the month butterscotch blonde.

Anytime is a good time for Baskin-Robbins?

We love the ice cream and the convenience of the location but the inside of this store perpetually reeks of spoiled milk. I don't know what their cleaning habit are but it didn't always smell as bad as it does now. As soon as you open the door you're bombarded by a waft of stench that is stomach-churning. I'm suprised patrons sit inside to eat without vomiting. Store owner, please find the source of the funk so we can sit inside and eat ice cream!

This was my second time coming to this location and I had the same experience. I will not be returning unless, the owner offers me some gift card's. I purchased a hot fudge sundae on BOTH OCCASIONS and my cup had more whip cream than ice cream ?.
