The young lady that helped me was very nice. But, I ordered a two scoops sundae and it was absolutely tiny. And it was $10. Which was ridiculous because it was the size of a small. The scoops must’ve been half a scoop if even. I can only imagine that the management requires the workers to give tiny scoops to save on their inventory. Not good when you’re going out for a splurge. Just a waste of money and it was very little hot fudge and very little whipped cream. Again stingy management

Oh, man! Excellent service from the two ladies working at this location. They went beyond my expectation. Even though they were busy, they each helped me with my questions and helped me get the cake I wanted at the last minute. Did I say they were busy! Both ladies, great job. I am very impressed with the customer and cake decorating.

Terrible service, they treat you as if they're running away from you. I went to try the flavors, and instead of serving me, they walked away, leaving me alone. Horrible.

Location would not accept app rewards even though they promote it on their register. They said because they are close to the university they don't honor app rewards? Why promote the app?

Came in to buy a gift card around 3pm; waited 15 minutes to (w/ 3 customers ahead of me and only 1 employee working); and then told there were no gift cards there. Owner casually strolled through into the work area from the back while the poor lady working was overwhelmed. Very frustrating.

Nice and clean place. Lots of flavor and ice cream are not sweet. Price however are too expensive for ice cream. But if its hot and you are craving for ice cream then this is not a bad place to go to.
