Apparently this location doesn’t take the free cone promo when you sign up for their app even though their literal card reader says you get one when you sign up… also the employee tipped herself and thought I wouldn’t notice.

They serviced me with a bad attitude, and I asked them to put "Happy birthday Genesis!" You can't even see it. The cake tastes terrible and over all this was a horrible experience.Kid-friendliness: They were kinda nice to my sister. I guess.

The ice cream is always good. The place is clean and never busy. My favorites are black cherry and Jamaica almond fudge. My son likes the Oreo and rocky road. Great easy dessert

Entire business is a complete ripoff. I stopped going years ago because they were grossly overpriced and the ice cream was average. Much better quality and prices at Brusters. They had a promo for me that they would not honor. I am going to contact their customer support and BBB. Really annoyed at the false advertising and the way they handled my situation at the store. Totally bogus!

Nice and clean place. Lots of flavor and ice cream are not sweet. Price however are too expensive for ice cream. But if its hot and you are craving for ice cream then this is not a bad place to go to.

The customer service was awful. My boyfriend and I went yesterday, 8/7/23 at 3:55 pm. We walked in happy and greeted the employee on the clock. We were having a really great day. The moment we walked in, we already felt that the girl had an attitude, but we ignored it because we were having a good day. First, it took her a while to greet us, let alone serve us. When she finally did, she asked us what we wanted with an attitude. We ordered an oreo layered sundae, an item that we ordered a few nights ago on 8/2/23 @ 9:23 pm. On that night, we were charged $9.99, as the menu said it would. However, just yesterday, we were charged $10.88 because the girl charged us extra for the white Oreo cream ($0.89). She put a little bit of the white Oreo cream at first which was way less than the normal amount, so my boyfriend asked if we could get a little more. She had an attitude and squeezed the bottle really hard. She did not notify us that we were getting charged extra. Then, a white man walked in after we had paid for our order and sat down. She immediately dropped everything she was doing and greeted the white customer happily. I believe it was racism because my boyfriend is Black and I'm southeast Asian. I wish I saw the reviews earlier because it seemed like everyone has had the same bad customer service, and probably by the same girl.

I just called to order a cake. The employee told me she was not allowed to take phone orders for cakes and that I have to come into the store and just buy a cake from their fridge. I explained I wanted to customize the cake and not just pick a generic one. She said she is not allowed to take phone orders for a cake. Unbelievably ridiculous. I mean it's 2023. I would have ordered online but need it in 24-36 hours and the app only allows 48+ hours. My bad for not ordering earlier but WTF. I'm almost 50 years old and this is the first time I couldn't order an effing ice cream cake over the phone. So dumb. Whoever owns this location needs to get their sh$t together. That's a $45 cake y'all just refused to let me pay you for. SO. EFFING. DUMB.

I thought the reviews would of lied but nope I went 3 different times a week apart they never have waffle or bowl cones ever only for the Oreo cones only!!! The staff just looks at you , your not greeted I was waiting in line and the lady helped someone who just came in for a pick up she didn't say hold on or nothing , my kids told me to dropped it, that's the only reason why I didn't go off on her! But yeah this store sucks and it's sad because I'm use the the willow location but this location is by my house. I guess I will have to find a new spot these employees need training and they need some inventory clearly I won't be back and if I do I will be taking pictures !

June 4, 2023 7:30pm. Absolutely ignorant staff. Asked multiple times for an exact ice cream from the exact can. She totally ignored my request and took it from a different one and kept arguing with me. They don’t care what ice cream you want for your money.

Ordered ice cream online for delivery. 45 minutes later no ice cream. Site says order cancelled, no explanation. Reordered, cancelled again, no explanation. Tried for the 3rd time and it was again cancelled, no explanation.I finally called and was told by a very young girl that they were out of my flavor.No one called, texted or even offered me an explanation over 3 cancelled orders. I would have been happy to order another flavor, if they had made an EFFORT to let let me know what was happening. Now I will just never buy there again.Stupid me, I should of checked to see if the one on Los Coyotes was available, but this one was closer. The Los Coyotes store is absolutely the best.

I do not plan on coming here again. 1/10 for me. Cute wallpaper. Upon entering baskin robbins there was a really bad smell (between musty and old mop water). The music that was being played was hardcore mexican "Banda" type. As for the service, the girl who helped me out on march 18 @ 8:45pm wasn't friendly. The ice cream buckets looked old and most of them had not been replaced. Very low variety of ice cream cakes at the freezer too. The shake I ordered didn't taste like an Oreo milkshake to me.Wouldn't recommend.

Inpaid $14.99 for a fresh "Packed" Ice Cream and received less than packed. They also use there Non Branded Paper Bags. If we pay premium price for ice cream, we expect an "experience". Seems like thjs place is all about profits and not about customer experience / Value. I wouldn't come here again.
