Every time I come to Los Angeles, Baskin Robbins is a must-stop after In-N-Out Burger! The freshness and variety of the ice cream are fantastic, with new flavors to discover each visit. Especially on hot days, it’s the perfect spot to cool off and enjoy a treat. A classic we can’t give up!

I’m not sure why this location does not accept coupons, but I think it is unacceptable. The prices are already a little pricey, and coupons could help significantly. This location also advertises the app which is confusing to me since you receive a coupon code just for signing up. The app is pretty much useless in this location unless you are just trying to earn points I guess.

The place is definitely dirty. The staff seemed nice enough but I'm dissatisfied with the franchisee not accepting app coupons

I would like to share that Lily and Shanda are the reason why customers frequent this location. I interact more with Lily since she's always there, during the mornings and afternoons. Lily makes you feel like you're a guest in her home. She's welcoming. She always greets all customers and thanks them for coming to BR. Shanda also makes you feel so welcomed. Their customer service is exceptional. Even when they prepare products, you can taste the difference, especially the Cappuccino Blast. Another employee made it for me, and it was icy with no flavor.Basically, these 2 ladies make the BR experience amazing. You want to go back because of them.Hopefully, their manager will see this post and acknowledge their hard work and excellent customer service.
Today I arrived at baskin robins on 8:56 and I tried to open the door but guy said it was closed . As today is Tuesday and closing time is 9 PM still They denied to give ice cream.

Had some of my kids friends over and picked up 3 prepacked quarts and some cones. Total came to $26.48. I gave cashier a $20 and a $10. She told me she couldn't take the $10 because owner doesn't want old looking bills. The guy behind me was nice enough to give me a $5 and 5 ones. Again, she wouldn't accept the $5 because it looked old. At that point I left my order and walked out. Is business that good that you can afford to only accept crisp new bills??? What a joke. I went across the street to Jack n the Box and bought some milkshakes. They gladly accepted my wrinkled money. Never be back there again.

Employee gave me attitude (rolling eyes, dramatic pause) and loudly slammed a closed cup of Rocky Road on the counter, emphasizing her aggression. Simply put, I had grabbed the wrong flavor and wanted to quickly exchange the flavor of a pre-packed ice cream, it had been out only 20 seconds. I ordered a single scoop and a double as well. That was it. Her temper tantrum was completely unwarranted.

Went to get a birthday scoop with my daughter and the employee said her manager doesn't accepts coupons.
Donated blood and got a certificate for a free ice cream, but the store manager refused to honor it because "We don't take certificates". It's a certificate for Baskin Robbins and this is Baskin Robbins, what's their problem?

This place doesn't even accept corporate coupons for your birthday from Baskin Robbins...the woman at the register just flat out said no coupons allowed ..so what's the point of joining the Baskin Robbins club if they won't even honor members .. ridiculous

Have visited this place on various occasions and have always received quality customer service. It's exoensive as hell but oh well lol. I have been allowed to bring my bicycle in each time that I have been here. There is no bicycle rack outside or anywhere near this shopping plaza. Wish that they would place a bicycle rack.
