I would like to share that Lily and Shanda are the reason why customers frequent this location. I interact more with Lily since she's always there, during the mornings and afternoons. Lily makes you feel like you're a guest in her home. She's welcoming. She always greets all customers and thanks them for coming to BR. Shanda also makes you feel so welcomed. Their customer service is exceptional. Even when they prepare products, you can taste the difference, especially the Cappuccino Blast. Another employee made it for me, and it was icy with no flavor.Basically, these 2 ladies make the BR experience amazing. You want to go back because of them.Hopefully, their manager will see this post and acknowledge their hard work and excellent customer service.

Friendly staff when I came in. Got a simple vanilla and pretty pricey for ice cream but I guess that's everywhere now. Definitely enjoyed my simple vanilla ice cream.

Rude rude rude...you get it like you give it. The squinty faced server was not feeling the happy bone tonight...she served me the ice cream then rudely asked me if I wanted anything else...I said yes my wife wants to order...she then snatched the money from my hand a twenty dollar bill then held it up to make sure it was real...I asked her was anything wrong ignoring me she continued to look over the twenty dollar bill...I'm sure she didn't know what she was looking for or looking at. I asked her for my Money and told her I would pay with my card...all of the sudden the money was good because she did the transaction for cash. I told her no I'm fine I will pay with my card...she then started trying to justify her questioning of my money...I then asked her to take her ice cream back and I would take my business else where...she told me it was fine to keep the ice cream...but I wouldn't accept freedom from these rude workers...I tossed the ice cream on the counter and left...use the traffic circle location this place is not only run by rude workers it's also dirty funky and nasty...there is a cold stone right down the street...by pass this place!

Had some of my kids friends over and picked up 3 prepacked quarts and some cones. Total came to $26.48. I gave cashier a $20 and a $10. She told me she couldn't take the $10 because owner doesn't want old looking bills. The guy behind me was nice enough to give me a $5 and 5 ones. Again, she wouldn't accept the $5 because it looked old. At that point I left my order and walked out. Is business that good that you can afford to only accept crisp new bills??? What a joke. I went across the street to Jack n the Box and bought some milkshakes. They gladly accepted my wrinkled money. Never be back there again.

I went in last night about 8:00pm and tried to purchase 3 pre-packed quarts and some cones. The total came to $26.48. When I attempted to pay using a $20 and a $10, the cashier told me the $10 looked old and per ownership couldn't accept it. I was puzzled to say the least and the bill was in good condition, no tears, no wrinkles, so didn't understand. Her response was it was "policy". The gentleman behind me was nice enough to give me a $5 and five ones and when I tried to pay again, she said the $5 looked old and couldn't accept it. The guy behind me was as confused as I was and he even said "I've never heard of that before". Again, she stated it was "policy". Needless to say, I wasn't going to argue with a teenager and left without purchasing anything. I went across the street to Jack In the Box and bought a couple shakes. They had no problem accepting my "old bills". I guess business is so good they can only accept new crisp bills. Never again will I waste my time/money on Baskin Robins.

Dont go after 9. One girl was so rude I guess they close at 930. Google platforms and yelp say 10pm. I got the black cherry and the butter pecan and boy it was so gross. Best way to put it just stale! It was just rancid. Frowning face. :( I'll stick to my mom and pop shops

Yummy as always, 2 of my favorites flavors #baseballnut #blackwalnut. Great convenient local easy in and out. The staff was so cordial to me upon my arrival. I will definitely return sooner than later

Went to get a birthday scoop with my daughter and the employee said her manager doesn't accepts coupons.

Buyer Beware!!!! It seems to me that the Owner of this store has withdrawn her offer to accept any form of discount, including the survey code given by their location on previous receipts. Certainly the fine print of the offer (End of Receipt Baskin Robbins Survey Redemption) does not contain language that obligates this location as a company of Baskin Robbins. However, the business Owner has directly chosen not to participate. As a business owner of this franchise, the Owner vision is narrow when it pertains to her focus on fixing the problem and meeting the needs of the customer. The owner of this location would just rather call the police. If you are not willing to honor coupons, discounts, or survey codes please inform the public, PUBLICALLY. By giving me as a consumer simple clarity BEFOREHAND that you as a business owner chooses not to accept any discounts, I can choose to support your business, or choose any other business BEFOREHAND. Raising customer expectations, only to attach non-negotiable terms and conditions, obliterates trust between businesses and consumers. When consumers have a choice, they'll simply leave. However, I was not given that choice because I simply wasn't informed. It is also common courtesy. Misleading a customer about a price with hidden "gotcha" clauses that you make up as the days go along is bad business. As a business Owner please be more sensitive to your customers, especially these days when the economy is tight and every dollar helps and it counts. Ice cream is NOT a mandatory lunch or dinner, it's a treat. Keep that in mind as well. Moreover, scammers target people from different communities in unique ways, and you seem to be just that. You choose to bend a few facts for an easy profit. $1-2 coming directly out of your profit isn't anything compared to the substantial amounts you charge for ice cream as a franchise owner, unlike others. FYI store owners who honor active discount codes are 8x more likely to make a sale. Corporate Baskin Robbins has used it as a business tactic per their app and receipt, to which you have debunked. All of the following helps to build brand awareness and loyalty. Also, it is a direct contribution of the community to which your company serves. However, on several occasions I can see why your establishment is blatantly EMPTY. I have patronized your businesses including your other location for MANY years, but as of today I will take my business elsewhere and I hope others do the same. Businesses that grow are focused on the customer. YOU ARE FOR SELF, and that alone will hurt you as a business owner.

Donated blood and got a certificate for a free ice cream, but the store manager refused to honor it because "We don't take certificates". It's a certificate for Baskin Robbins and this is Baskin Robbins, what's their problem?

I'm giving a five stars only because of how great the staff was, they were charismatic , professional, and fast. I wanted to leave a tip and noticed that you don't have a tip option for card payment, which doesn't make much sense due to the fact that they literally take online orders, phone orders, walk in orders, and make all of the order as well. Please add a card payment tip option for the staff, and also please work on your plant based options and offer different selection of milks and ice creams for your vegan customers.

Ice cream is okay, -not cheap- BUT service, was unacceptable tonight... Employee gave me attitude (rolling eyes, dramatic pause) and loudly slammed a closed cup of Rocky Road on the counter, emphasizing her aggression. Simply put, I had grabbed the wrong flavor and wanted to quickly exchange the flavor of a pre-packed ice cream, it had been out only 20 seconds. I ordered a single scoop and a double as well. That was it. Her temper tantrum was completely unwarranted.

Hope you go out of business charging people 7 bucks for two scoops rip off ice cream wasn't even that cold on top of it greedy people
