Beer Belly Long Beach

Probably closer to 4.5 stars than 4.I don't know how places like this do it - make pasta from scratch, but it's as cheap, if not cheaper, than Olive Garden and Old Spaghetti Factory.Great stuff here.

Last week was our first time we went to this place. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the attentive service, with the finest food and fine drinks and with the honest price. We will surely visit there in a short time.

We love coming here before a show at the Greek. It always happens to be during Happy Hour so we take advantage of the Happy Hour menu (between 3 and 7 PM). Dinner hour starts at 5 PM for those dinner items on the menu, FYI.

Although We did enjoy our drinks, the duck fries and good service ,Yelp needs to update menu because, current selection completely different and therefore a downer because we were looking forward to trying a new gastronomic dish and arrived to disappointment.

Very elegant and accessible place. They offer generous meals and for reasonable rates. We liked the menu very much and the staff were very personal and informative. Highly recommended.

Guess I may be the only one who didn't like this place? Me and my friend came here on a friday night, because of the name we figured we'd try it out, after we stood around for maybe 5 min they finally told us it was self seating, so we sat down, waited to order, waiter kept passing but never acknowledged us, finally we just walked out, looked like we didn't fit in anyways, wasn't busy either so they couldn't use that as an excuse

What a great experience at this Pub! The Happy Hour was great. Food well priced and service was amazing. Bartender was a excellent mixologist.

Great beer list, quality cocktails and a happy hour to match! Food was great and my only critique would be a kitchen related mishap that resulted in my order co.ing much later than the rest of my party, and even that couldn't stop them from delivering an overall great experience.

The bar was laidback and able to get in the karaoke rotation easy. A couple of good singers also.

I have been trying to plan to come here for a while now. I live in Venice Beach, and work in Long Beach.I saw this article at work in - the Long Beach Post, I believe? About the Tiki Bar at Beer Belly.. open Wednesday through Sunday. But looking at the pictures of food? I would talk of coming here all the time and finally did. Impressive! Wow! Both the Tiki Bar and Beer Belly, with the best fries! That's saying a lot! I ordered the chicken cheese steak sandwich, and my boyfriend the steak cheesesteak. Both were excellent!

If the category is "Pub," this is a good one. Nice Happy Hour discounts on drinks and some food items but the regular menu is well priced so no food worries,. The beer selection is very nice but my reason for wanting to return is their chicken sandwich. The only thing I didn't enjoy was having TV screens projected large on the walls. It was too distracting.
