This was my first time in Ben&Jerry's store. I love Ben&Jerry's ice cream. My daughters and I ordered milk shakes and I must say I was very disappointed. The milk shakes were like chocolate milk. It was not firm like a normal milk shakes is was just like drinking regular chocolate milk with whipped cream. I will never order a milk shakes here. I'll settle for the ice cream. Overall the store was clean and the staff was friendly. But please ease up on the milk on the milk shakes.
