Good day everyone,I'm always nervous about giving positive feedback because I've seen service change and then I have to go back on my initial review. That said I will up date my review if that happens. Moving on, Berg Catering has been a smart decision for time management, fiscally responsible, tailored to my healthy diet lifestyle, diverse and delicious meals,I have lost 10 lbs and I feel great. I don't say this lightly, I live a pretty great life but Berg Catering has made it even better. I'm very happy knowing a Berg meal is waiting for me when I get home, wake up in the morning and take lunch.Thank you April Berg! Keep up the good work.-Jared-

April Berg came in and saved the day. My supervisor was in the middle of planning her wedding before COVID 19 came along and disrupted everything. We had to resort to an alternative plan which involved catering to the food. The first cater fell through since no one I know knew any professional caters I went to the Internet. I eventually found April. I explained everything to her. April worked with us gave a quote ASAP. The day of the wedding April and her staff was wonderful. The food as one guest said was the bomb, there was a sauce for the crab cakes OMG.!!! Delicious, also guests were raving over the shrimp, and bacon wraps couldn't get enough. The staff was professional and friendly. April and the Berg catering was exactly what we needed for our event. They served with a wonderful attitude from setting up tables to passing out food, there wasn't a crisis that couldn't be fixed.

Berg Catering is providing wonderful home cooked meals to hubby and I as we cope with sheltering at home. We look forward to our pretend weekly night out at our little table by the window. We check the menu on line, order what we choose, dinner is delivered to our door, I light the candle on the table. Dinner is served.. Hubby loves the beef stroganoff; my favorite last week was Anna's Specual Chicken. (perfectly seasoned chicken, garlic, peppers,rice, black beans) Next week, I am getting Chile Relleno. The Asian Glazed Salmon was also fabulous.

Thank you Berg catering! They offer 5 different menu choices and clean/contactless drop off for one low price- you don't have to worry about doordashers on the delivery. Its done by an employee of Berg catering or April herself- gloves and mask so you know everything stayed clean. t I can't eat much restaurant food due to dietary restrictions but these are tasty fresh meals and not dripping with fat like a lot of restaurant food. Also offered are desserts (coconut cake is my favorite) and everyone can choose a different meal so my daughter can have fish (which I won't cook) and I can have chicken or pasta or whatever. Plus there is a veggie option if you don't want or can't have meat. Personally I like the chicken parmesan but there is eggplant also if you prefer..... This service has been a lifesaver during covid-19. I got tired of cooking and this was a great way to get a tasty fresh cooked meal at a good price- and not a ton of extra calories to go with it. April (Berg) offers cooking classes normally and I have always loved her recipes......

April does a great job with catering. A friend gave me her name at the beginning of the pandemic as a way to help bring in meals. We have used her weekly ever since. The food is tasty, reasonable priced and delivered to my home in a safe manner. I would recommend this business.

April catered the Soroptimist International of Long Beach Munch and a Movie events the past two years. Her food is delicious.

Berg Catering has helped us with two big church events. They were affordable, professional and offered a delicious and beautiful buffet. Even during this stay at home season, April and her team continue to create inventive menus for home delivery. I’m thankful for the salmon and chicken dishes that she delivered to my dads door offering him a gourmet surprise without having to leave home.

I hired April and her professional crew to cater a cocktail party, brunch, and a dinner for 20 people over a weekend at a difficult location located on the beach. They performed beyond our expectations, every entree was delicious and her staff was excellent. We were celebrating my mothers 100 year birthday and April took care of everything including the cake! Cant say enough about the superb service and quality of food. I highly recommend her services.

April was so awesome.. her team was awesome.. The food was the cherry on top. As the bride planning for our wedding (we didn't use a wedding planner), April made it a breeze to work with. And the day of our wedding, she kept everything going so smoothly for us. She was a huge help that day. My husband and I didn't get to eat much (everyone kept pulling us in different directions lol) but the food we got to eat was delicious! The Mac & Cheese was soooooo cheesy! Everyone we've talked to loved the food. Found out she does charity work as well, so that shows that she has a huge heart. I would recommend her to people looking for catering. And I know that she is the designated caterer for Belmont Shore Chalet, but want to reassure those using the venue that April will not let you down. I will admit that I was a little sketched, but that's a whole different story and review lol (it's more towards Belmont Shore Chalet). Berg Catering is it's own entity and they definitely did not let me down on my wedding day.
