This is the second time we order from this place. First time the food was perfect and not greasy at all. Surprisingly the food was really dry and not oily although it's fried! We decided to order again today and the food was extremely disgusting and greasy 🤢 it even tasted as if the oil used to fry it was super old! First bite from waffle fries tasted like fried fish! It was seriously disgusting and it felt like the oil was very old! It made us sick. I am here lying down after an hour and a half of eating. First time we ordered this we didn't feel this way! If you're busy on weekends then add a fryer or do something so the oil doesn't get that disgusting! You need to change your oil more often so you don't get people sick! Your prices are already super expensive so it should be affordable for you guys to change the oil used more often! First time was probably after an oil change and only God knows how often this damn oil gets changed! Never ordering from you ever again! So gross 🤢🤮

This place is a ghost kitchen. I don't understand how these other reviews are so positive considering how bad the food is, it's like cafeteria food. The chicken and waffles plus the loaded fries were not worth 24$. It's comparable to a low quality Denny's with much smaller portions. The sauces tasted weird and had separated from the oils. The fries were soggy and the waffles + chicken were dry. Quality is sacrificed in the rush to make food for over 30 restaurants. The place is also located in a sketchy alley.

The chicken is alright. I try a lot of chicken places and this one is pretty mediocre. The pick up system is unique and quick so props there. Chicken has good texture, and is juicy, but the spice is nothing special and the sauce falls short. Total was $30 and it was overall a 6/10.
