This place is a ghost kitchen. I don't understand how these other reviews are so positive considering how bad the food is, it's like cafeteria food. The chicken and waffles plus the loaded fries were not worth 24$. It's comparable to a low quality Denny's with much smaller portions. The sauces tasted weird and had separated from the oils. The fries were soggy and the waffles + chicken were dry. Quality is sacrificed in the rush to make food for over 30 restaurants. The place is also located in a sketchy alley.

The chicken is alright. I try a lot of chicken places and this one is pretty mediocre. The pick up system is unique and quick so props there. Chicken has good texture, and is juicy, but the spice is nothing special and the sauce falls short. Total was $30 and it was overall a 6/10.

I love Bird-N-Bun, it's so consistent and delicious. We order 100% through the Doordash app and it's been correct every time, and always arrives hot and tasty. The flavor that's there in the chicken strips, sandwiches, etc. is a perfect blend, and tastes just as good heated up as leftovers.

I ordered here one late night through Uber eats on a whim and it was fairly good. The waffle fries were super crispy and delicious, 10/10. I also got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. It was a bit underwhelming with the flavor in being a bit blend, but the spice was a good level.
