Limited beer selection. Be careful which night you go as sometimes it feels like youre in some 80s vampire lair movie. Some odd folks. Security is absurdly aggressive.

Got recommendations to try this place from the hotel bartender. Walked to this place to be searched more heavily than TSA! Remove all items from pants, lift shirt and spin around, metal detector wand. After that enjoyable experience walked down these steep steps to the entrance which was dark inside (didn’t bother me) to loud karaoke music. Wandered around to find open seating, my group sat at a high top table in the middle of the floor, no staff walking around to wait on you? (Not sure if that was provided). Noticed everyone walking up to the bar to get drinks and service. We didn’t like the vibe so we got up and walked up the steep steps and leave. Wasn’t my type of establishment. Others might enjoy it but wasn’t my thing

This is the 3rd time that I’ve been here and I would say from all the bars that I’ve gone to this place makes the BEST whiskey sours hands down! Delicious options of whiskey and great beer! The bartenders are AMAZING!!! The vibe is great clean cozy it’s a vibe ! They also have awesome games & they have a cute photo booth that I do recommend trying out and taking pics in ! Gives it the vintage 1920s vibe to it. Definitely has become a bar that I always recommend to a friend when they’re down in Long Beach! :) cheap & great quality! Like how could you not come here !!!

Neighborhood bar, friendly and loud, you might want to bring a squirt bottle to get the super busy bartenders, they are ignoring you, it just gets THAT busy, especially when Miss Valorie takes the stage on Karaoke nights ( Wed & Sun) a delight for rowdy audiences!
Parking: Uber or Lyft
Kid-friendliness: Nope. 21 + and keep it clean, the imposing security guard/doorman is no nonsense who will give it too you straight. Respect.
Wheelchair accessibility: The bar is located downstairs, however there is an elevator. Usually it's working. If not, there's a patron going in who will gladly help you down the stairs.

Underground, with a few games that you can play. Place is mellow but I love the personality of the place. Brick walls, slate floors, the door is curved which makes me think of LOTR. All good times. People that go there are also pretty awesome

They don't serve food so I did not rate that but was talking to the security guard and you can grab some Thai food from a place around the corner and they have an eating area outside. The bar is downstairs and literally in a big basement area. It is attached to a Hotel. They keep it really dark and the drinks are very affordable, about 8 bucks for a whiskey on the rocks. Karaoke on Sundays and Wednesdays and a live DJ on Fridays and Saturdays usually. They have a pool table and some video games and it's all around a very fun vibe and a very cool bar with a very underground bar atmosphere. My new favorite bar to go to.
