We had never been there before. We were on our way back from Seal Beach and saw this place. Great customer service. Food was good. I never had a burrito with no beans in it. It was different. It to me is new age Mexican food.

Just had some pretty disappointing breakfast burritos. Ordered 3 different burritos that came unlabeled so we had to unwrap the tortillas to figure out who got what. None of them were hot to begin with though. The cheese never melted or even got close. Just a large section of cold shredded cheese in each burrito. Just pretty meh. Not worth the $35.

The carne asada burrito I ordered was for take out. When I got to my destination to enjoy my meal, I found that the meat was WELL overcooked. The habanero salsa I asked for was tasteless. A waste of $14

I am literally only writing a new review because the chilequiles burrito is utterly disgusting. Please take that item out of the menu, it will bring charges against you at the IFCC for crimes against humanity. That said, everything else is really good and the people are super nice.

This is one of my favorite places to get fast Mexican food. The staff has always been great, though I don't think I've ever had the same cashier twice (and I've been here plenty of times). The food is great, the portion is pretty fair (Enrique's, just about a while away has bigger portions, imo), and they're pretty quick even when it's busy (it's near the college and Veteran's Hospital so lunchtime can be a bit crowded). If you arrive and see a big crowd and you're in a rush, there are at least four other eateries in the same parking lot.
Also, they have free refills on sodas and a few other drinks, if you eat there.
