The coffee was great, however staff didn’t seem to want to be there, and the menu online is incorrect so you can’t actually have salmon toast etc just limited to pastrie, fruit and like 2 other items.

Coffee was pretty good, pastries and the burrito (with vegan sausage) were great, was nice taste of what you can get in Sydney (average coffee in Sydney can be excellent). The issues I had was that the service was slow and when I ordered a bambicino for my 3-year-old, I was unceremoniously handed just a 16oz glass of cold milk, I know that's not a bambicino or babycinno so I cancelled that order. Somehow that rubbed me the wrong way because this is an Australian franchise in the US and they were clearly not giving the authentic experience or even doing what is advertised on the website menu.

Horrible service. Wouldn’t take an order to get a yogurt. 3 people working and waited 20 minutes to buy a yogurt. Manager Natalie says she had to help with orders but they cant take our order so that we don’t have to stand there staring at them?!? So stupid.

I ordered a salmon toast and an Aussie Latte. I waited for 20 minutes and the non- enthusiastic Caucasian lady who took my order asks me what I was waiting for. Mind you, you were the one who took my order at the register, lady!I repeated my order to her and she said "oh the order never came through." Whatever that means. I paid, I have the receipt. What do you mean?Anyhow, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make my order.This was my second visit and I should have learned from my first that the service wasn't that great yesterday either. It took her 15 minutes to make my coffee drink.Not coming back here again.

Lady at the register charged me twice for a latte.. call the manager for a refund which she promised me it was taken care of. Week passed by the double charged was never cancelled. I tried calling the manager several times but she is impossible to get hold of. Left several messages but she never called back. I had to contest the transaction with my bank. Poor customer service. Way overpriced coffee.

Drove 30 minutes to get a promised "Australian Coffee". My expectations were high, after 3 weeks in California tasting the worst coffees daily!Ordered a Magic, temperature was perfect but bitter tasting coffee. Team were friendly, slow service - maybe I just chose the wrong day to visit. Loved that toast and jam, or Vegemite is on the menu ?

Great little Australian inspired coffee shop in the Westin hotel lobby. La Marzocco espresso machine and delicious pastries. Offers classic drinks inspired down under like the long black and flat white. Appropriately third wave. Caffeine just kicked in. Time to jet.

Very friendly staff, tasty food and coffee.

Like most basic friends in basic Long Beach on a basic weekend, we were looking for brunch at its busiest hour. I didn't appreciate the tone the hostess at Le Grande Orange took with me upon putting my name on their hour long waitlist so we just went down the street.
