Skip this one… they close at 11am; I walked up to the counter at 11:02 and was greeted with, “it’s 11:02 we are closed.” I thought it was a joke as they had nothing cleared and pastries were still out. I said I was only getting regular coffee and the response was “it’s 11:02 we are closed.” There are several local spots within a block of the hotel that have much better service and options.
Open til 1pm? Nope
Not comparable to the coffee shops within a few blocks. Recommend taking a walk if you have the time. Otherwise this place is ok. Hotel staff typically closes up 30 min early, so don’t wait until 12pm if you are a late riser due to work/travel schedule.
I just had a black coffee and a cranberry muffin. Both were delicious.
Very good coffee

The coffee was great, however staff didn’t seem to want to be there, and the menu online is incorrect so you can’t actually have salmon toast etc just limited to pastrie, fruit and like 2 other items.

Just ordered black coffee and very good! Quick service. Just inside the Westin hotel and it’s fortunately open at 6am for early birds, or those on different time zones flying in

Coffee was pretty good, pastries and the burrito (with vegan sausage) were great, was nice taste of what you can get in Sydney (average coffee in Sydney can be excellent). The issues I had was that the service was slow and when I ordered a bambicino for my 3-year-old, I was unceremoniously handed just a 16oz glass of cold milk, I know that's not a bambicino or babycinno so I cancelled that order. Somehow that rubbed me the wrong way because this is an Australian franchise in the US and they were clearly not giving the authentic experience or even doing what is advertised on the website menu.
Vegetarian options: Burrito with vegan sausage was great
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly

Quick service, convenient location in the lobby but very weak, flavorless coffee.

Horrible service. Wouldn’t take an order to get a yogurt. 3 people working and waited 20 minutes to buy a yogurt. Manager Natalie says she had to help with orders but they cant take our order so that we don’t have to stand there staring at them?!? So stupid.
I ordered a salmon toast and an Aussie Latte. I waited for 20 minutes and the non- enthusiastic Caucasian lady who took my order asks me what I was waiting for. Mind you, you were the one who took my order at the register, lady!I repeated my order to her and she said "oh the order never came through." Whatever that means. I paid, I have the receipt. What do you mean?Anyhow, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make my order. This was my second visit and I should have learned from my first that the service wasn't that great yesterday either. It took her 15 minutes to make my coffee drink. Not coming back here again.
