I had an amazing experience at this restaurant for brunch on a Sunday morning. We ordered quite a bit, and every dish was delicious! The strawberry marscapone fresh toast was warm and comforting. The chilaquiles came with a hearty portion of eggs, beans, and rice. The eggs benedict had an addictive hollandaise sauce with delicious breakfast potatoes on the side. My favorite part would probably be my drink, out of everything. I got the Breakfast Republic specialty latte, and it tasted almost like a horchata, very cinammony and sweet. A very satisfying way to start the day! Just be aware, there is only one restroom and there is often a line to use it.
Sauce containers were a bit crusty but the food itself was great and the service was prompt.
This was a great place!! The food was delicious (I had the jalapeño bacon cheddar sausage omelette and my husband had the chilaquiles) and the service was fantastic (thanks, Levi!!)! Oh and the cafe de olla was on point!
Great food and service but has only one bathroom for both males and females
We visited Breakfast Republic on Monday, and it was amazing. Great friendly service and the food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!!
Great Breakfast spot. Will visit again.
Favorite breakfast spot on 2nd st
I usually leave good reviews because I give people the benefit of the doubt. But holy s***, this place really deserves a good review. Such good food, great atmosphere, great people, and excellent customer service. My compliments to the chef(s) and Tyler, our server.
It was amazing and worth the wait!
Food, drinks, and server Ivan were great! We will be back!

Love the Chilaquiles and the protein pancakes. Great service of Lucia
I went here for brunch with my family and I'm glad I went early. A line quickly built up after my arrival. This place could scale up to twice its current size based on demand. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. I would be happy to go again.

Chilasquiles with asada. Overpriced and heavy for the stomach. This is only brakefast place and for a few buck more you can get better food around the area.

Unimpressed with the food and service quality, considering my experience at the Costa Mesa location was so positive! Do not recommend.

Our monthly luncheon was at Breakfast Republic today the last day of October aka Halloween. We had a great breakfast of Shrimp and Grits, Oreo pancakes and 2 orders of the linguica and sausage scramble. A few costumes and we enjoyed good conversation about the Dodgers!
