The food is always a hit! Service can be a tad bit delayed, but always pleasant energy from staff.

Service and food were amazing like always. Even on a busy Valentine's Day evening staff have a great attitude

They were out of both the Jalapeño poppers and onion rings at 8:00 on a Saturday night. It also took almost 30 minutes to be served

Overall the wife and I enjoyed our dinning experience. It's worth checking out to see if it's a place for you. We will be going back.

staff was very engaging and informative. portion sizes were very large for the price. my husband and I had cocktails, an appetizer and a full meal each and our bill was still under $100. That's a rare find these days!

We waited for 10 minutes at the door. Nobody greeted us. Everyone who worked there was ignoring us. By the time the server came around, she told us to sit at the bar because she was the only one on the floor.

Great restaurant, convenient parking nearby, our bartender/server was great! Answered all of our annoying questions on bourbon (and sold us a bottle made on site). Food was also great. It got busy as we ate, and our server got busy (double-duty as bartender). Can't understand why several employees standing around didn't pitch in to help the servers. But otherwise, we were very happy.

If you haven't been here you should. Broken Spirits Distillery, have amazing food. The potato skins and wings in Thai chilli sauce are to die for. The tri tip and brisket melt in your mouth. Fridays before 6pm is happy hour buy 1 drink get the 2nd free. The spirited away is absolutely delicious. The staff are kind and funny. You're not there just talking to a stranger you're talking to an old friend enjoying the company all while making your taste buds explode. This place has easily become mine and my husband's 😍 place. We go every chance we get.

The ambience is amazing, service outstanding and the food... to die for. Their brisket is smoked for 10 hours and is the best I've ever had. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We walked in to what looked like the hostess stand, but you could barely tell. Looked like someone was doing an arts and craft project. We stood there for several minutes and were ignored. very awkward. Finally somebody sat us. Food wasn't a horrible and service was fine. Server bought shots for everybody in her section.

Love this restaurant!!!! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff here is phenomenal. Their service is unmatched and their food is a 10/10.

Service was alright but needs improvement. Seems like the wait staff was overwhelmed with too many customers.
The food was better the last time I went but this time, horrible. Side dish came out before appetizer. App came out with main course. Half the tables order was missed.
Tritip is horrible and do not get the wagu carn asada. Horrible and not edible.

Five stars for cocktails and service (Didn’t eat). I’ve been to Broken Spirits in Anaheim and prefer the cozy vibe. Consistency is on point with the cocktails across both locations. The cocktails were delicious. Never a miss. Worth the price. The tall woman of color who was bartending had an awesome personality and made awesome drinks. If you like craft cocktails this is a must.

Sylus took care of us. Excellent service. Drinks were delicious, M.I.A was well balanced and the Doing time had great flavors. The Brisket was so soft and the rack of Lamb was well seasoned. Will definitely return next time we are in Long Beach!
