Amazing food and service. Spoke with Bryan for a bit while waiting for the tacos to come off the grill. He was very kind and seemed to love what he does which comes across when you take your first bite too.

The BEST experience I've had in my mouth due to the heart and grind that this man puts in the preparation for ANYTHING/EVERYTHING on his menu. I mentioned to Bryan I had a horrible experience with eating Birria sauce. It was oil based????!!! He offered a sample of HIS Birria soup/sauce and DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN!! Literally blew me back. I sat down, thought about life and ordered the classic Birria taco plate. This is now my spot ! Thank you Bryan Birria for being a staple of Long Beach, CA.

I'm not sure if the owner of the food truck was the one promoting his truck Saturday night in downtown Long Beach, but I decided to give it a try after a bar. They were located in front of the 7/11 on pine and Broadway. I am so sorry to say, but this birria was not good. I was not able to eat the 3 tacos and consume I bought. Each taco is about 3.50-4 dollars each. My friend asked for lime and they don't offer lime. I felt so bad throwing away my food after taking the first bite, but the flavor was not it. This is just an honest review. I've had birria from other trucks before and this was just disappointing...
Randomly pulled over for some late night tacos and it did not disappoint. I tried the Birria tacos and they were crunchy and delicious. Also added sour cream on them and they were so good! You can't have Birria tacos without a side of consume though it was a bit spicy. But none the less, I am satisfied. Customer service was a bonus as well and what had sold me. Wish I had gotten more tacos but will stop by again on another late night drive to the beach (:
