We visited Bubba Gump for Father's Day and made a reservation a few days in advance. We were seated about 11 minutes after arriving and greeted by the energetic and friendly Sally, who made the trivia games fun! 🤩 Our server, Leslee, was attentive, but our food was delayed over an hour due to a tech issue with their ticket rotator. When we asked about complimentary bread, her quick “no” response felt dismissive, but she later agreed to ask the manager. Ironically, the female manager came over just as Leslee was walking away and offered us bread with amazing professionalism—apologizing, explaining the situation, comping an entrée, discounting drinks, and bringing us two rounds of butter bread without us even asking. I want to give a big shoutout to Caesar for his excellent customer service signing me up for the Landry's Select Club—I got $75 back in rewards thanks to that visit and Leslee actually informed me of it. Despite the delay, our food was hot and tasty, and my family enjoyed themselves. We drove 72 miles and would absolutely return—just not on a holiday next time! Thanks again to Sally, Leslee, Caesar, and the wonderful manager who made things right.

There were only two families in there and the service was hard to get. If you buy a kids meal careful with the fries, they're a little spicy

This was a great experience as a new mother of a 5month old i wanted to go somewhere that was family friendly. Service was great, i can not complain. Food is what you'd expect, i wasn't going in thinking 5 star restaurant but for a trial run with baby food did the trick and it wasn't too bad.

Experience Was actually really good we had a server named Steven and he was awesome... I feel like the food could have been handled better and probably made a little bit more better to the taste.
Great food and wonderful portions. Nice staff, although it was slow so the wait staff was certainly having fun. The location is tough because if there's a wild convention it gets chaotic outside the restaurant. But totally worth all the challenges to have a great dinner

There were plenty of tables up front where I usually sit so why would the host take 3 mature women all the way to the back tiny room where large families with little kids. I didn't complain because I didn't want one of my friends to have to navigate a long walk back. I know better now so if I ever comeback I'll make sure I specify what our needs are.
