This was a great experience as a new mother of a 5month old i wanted to go somewhere that was family friendly. Service was great, i can not complain. Food is what you'd expect, i wasn't going in thinking 5 star restaurant but for a trial run with baby food did the trick and it wasn't too bad.

Great food and wonderful portions. Nice staff, although it was slow so the wait staff was certainly having fun. The location is tough because if there's a wild convention it gets chaotic outside the restaurant. But totally worth all the challenges to have a great dinner

There were plenty of tables up front where I usually sit so why would the host take 3 mature women all the way to the back tiny room where large families with little kids. I didn't complain because I didn't want one of my friends to have to navigate a long walk back. I know better now so if I ever comeback I'll make sure I specify what our needs are.

Food, delicious. The server was polite, it pretty much any other restaurant, I'd have given it 5 stars. But I like the sign method for communicating with staff the best thing about Bubba Gump's. It was completely useless. If I need to communicate with my server, I can let them know. I don't like having my meal needlessly interrupted. Management, please train your staff on the signs.

Brought my family in before visiting the aquarium and the service was outstanding. The food came quickly, was perfect temperature, and was delicious. Our server Samantha was consistently there before we even flipped the sign. She was very patient even with indecisive kids and remembered everyone's orders perfectly. This Bubba Gump has become one of my kids' favorite parts of going to the Aquarium of the Pacific.
