Walked in an hour before close planning to get a drink or two at the bar. Most of the tables had chairs stacked on them in the bar area even though they didn't close for another hour. After a few minutes bar tender comes over and informs us they are only serving beer at this point. Something about they already closed up the liquor service for the night. I've worked in the industry and understand wanting to close when it's time but an hour early? Didn't feel welcome at all and we left without getting anything which the staff seemed relieved we were leaving. One and done with this location. Won't be returning. Economy is tough these days, good luck to this spot.

Three Star Review based off the food. Wings were not tasteful. Two of my boneless wings were rubbery when taking a bite I stopped eating after that. For the pricing portion size is less than what you expect. I would never would want to be biased but next time I think Wingstop will be more satisfying and for the price I know I will get better quality food and an appropriate serving size.

I know it’s Tuesday night and not very busy but the whole dining room was closed and there was only seats at the bar with one person working. I chose to go somewhere else.

Worked here before, restaurant stays clean from my personal experience as we are made to clean the whole kitchen at the end of every night, food is absolutely trash, managers were nice but probably the laziest managers I've ever been with in my life. Our GM was so overweight all she could do was sit in the office unless she had to smoke a cig. I probably saw her twice throughout my shift doing something other than sitting. Other manager was a blonde girl she did absolutely nothing other than tell me what to do then she'd proceed to sit on her phone in the office I rarely ever saw her helping on the floor. Food and beverage manager was the most productive and kindest to us all. But nonetheless, Management was so poor we had servers walking out without notice, We had 6 hosts and 1 busser who was also our dishwasher and I remember almost every weekend we'd have 5 hosts behind the stand talking to each other as the busser was being told to hurry up and bus the tables outside as he was doing the dishes that were completely backed up. Instead of one of the managers getting 1/5 hosts doing absolutely nothing at the front to help out the busser not only responsible for bussing 25 tables throughout the night but also to do everyone's dishes... they talk down on the busser for not keeping up the pace. Maybe if the GM wasn't a 400 pound cigarette addicted Land whale, she could get up off her chair and help the employees she hired. This busser was me. I was promised to become a server within 2 weeks and after about 3 weeks, there was no sign of another busser to either help me out or replace me. After a month and a half of bussing by myself... I walked out, something I should've done sooner. Working here for a month and a half I saw 3 other servers walk out. And what's crazy is every Buffalo Wild Wings location has a 1.5-3 star rating...they're all the same. Honestly just come here for the cheap happy hour beer and go to a better sports bar. Also a lot of burgers were re heated in a microwave and served at this location

The main reason for 3-star review is the food. I know it is not considered too-quality dining but I think this establishment can do better overall. I ordered Fried Pickles that were undercooked and came in a small portion size. The ambience here is great, with plenty of TVs and different kinds of seating. Good place to grab a beer and watch a game, not to have a nourishing meal.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in how I was treated on Sunday, the afternoon of November 5, 2023. I arrived and greeted, but due to we were going to dine-in, we were advised that it would be approximately a 15-minute wait. The host advised us that it was only one server, and at the time, it was only 4 small groups of people sitting, eating, and enjoying the games. So after 20 minutes or so past, a group of six came in, and the host set up the table and sat them before us. Before I could question the host, she stated you can sit anywhere with an attitude. Several additional groups later entered, and the server took their orders. While we were told to use the barcode to place ours. I just got up and took my business elsewhere. I see why this location has such a low star ranking. Just wish I would have checked this out before going to attempt to eat and watch the games.

Customer service was prompt! Ambiance had a funny smell. Food was good tho. I got a birthday free meal on them for my bday month. I can't beat that. She even walked me my food. Made my day!

Love this location! Have been here a few amount of times. I usually sit with Safa, my favorite server! She is speedy and attentive. Always makes sure that my drinks are tasting good and my food is brought in a timely manner. I was here a few days ago, hence the -1 star, where I noticed an altercation between her and another worker named Rose. Safa was carrying multiple plates of wings (including mine!) and Rose aggressively bumped into her! I'm sure even other guests saw this too as they all looked in their direction. Luckily, she didn't manage to drop a single speck of sauce and carried out her duties. This made me a bit uncomfortable seeing such tension between servers and the unnecessary aggression. The rest of the visit was great and was able to enjoy my wings and jack and cokes in peace (despite the yells of fellow football fans). Great job, Safa!
