This location is full of good vibes and fresh food! It’s rare to find a fast food restaurant that makes food hot and fresh ! This location doesn’t miss a beat ! Also they have a young man on the drive through with the best customer service! I love this location but today the employee was heckling guests in the lobby eating area. A businessman was quietly eating his lunch at regular speed and she comes in and says that he only has 30 minutes to eat. There are a lot of homeless here but this was obviously A well-dressed person eating a full expensive meal. Leave your good customers alone or you will ONLY have homeless and druggies here. Train your employees better please.

i came in to get a meal before work had a coupon and when it was my turn i just asked may i have this to which the cashier do you the number to which i replied no and i asked don’t you work here? she responded that she wouldn’t because whatever reason. Kinda embarrassing doubt ill go back.

The food here, as with most Burger Kings, is very delicious, and somewhat well made, the service and workers here also do a pretty well job, with very good service. 🤙🤙🤙 Considering the atmosphere, here in downtown LA, it's mostly a "Ghetto " area of which I am an expert in, born in the original Ghetto of Europe, where there have always been many murders, for thousands of years, since the ancient Roman empire. And NO I'm not ,acting like LaLA land actors, or Valley Girls/boys bodacious (dumbass) no worries mentality, I'm actually being extremely frank and directly to the truthful (serious) point, as most of my students from the University, know how I teach, because I care very much about their young(and some old) lives. In many other Ghetto's, from around the world, and even in some poor neighborhoods of Phoenix, AZ., they have learned the hard painful "fact", that it's extremely important to "Lock-up " drug addicts, especially extremely Violent ones, like Crystal Heads, not only because of the massive OD's but more importantly, because of the senseless murder rates.
Therfore, it's very important for the political activist (and attorneys) to stop protecting the criminals and punishing the victims, otherwise criminal Ghetto's will simply "continue " to rise here in LA. Exactly, has had happened in the 1920's of Chicago, where the crime Lord's would just butcher everyone, exactly as the historical St. Valentine Day massacre. 💜💙💜

One day, come into the big to pick up some food and for myself and pick up a #2 and ask them not to place ask for no onions on my due #2 and they give me something that I didn't want on my food because I can't have so when I asked them for a new burger she was saying that I was in the wrong for something I didn't ask for on my meal that day between that I I have not come back to this location because the service was not helpful at all because I pay with cash not my credit card that day but before I left I take a picture of my reset time I was there two weeks ago I could not believe how there was not helpful to me because I pay cash not my credit card I'm a good person who loves bk growing up coming in ten years ago things were much better than now but I guess I have to move forward and pick up somewhere else this location not the best place to get some food at because of the people who work there in the afternoon weekends I say if you get some food don't go into the there I would just go through the outside and be careful out there little dtla life out there
