Very poor service, they are very slow. They don’t communicate in the front. They expect you to wait 20 to 40 minutes for orders. They are terrible. Very poor service would not recommend to eat there at all.

Every time we go in the morning they get something wrong. Today we went and ordered just one coffee and French toast sticks, not something you can get wrong right? Well, not once did I mention a coke but I was given a coke and when I told her she got annoyed. Also had to wait in the parking lot for the food. Well we get the order and drive off. I get to work and when I go get my sticks I realize they gave me cinnamon rolls. Again not once did I order that also it was hard and cold, not edible at all, I strictly ordered French toast. They really need to have someone in the window that can actually take orders correctly and not someone so rude.

They try to scam you with buying food and then they supposed to give you a ice cream cone for your child but if you don't bring your child in the restaurant you won't get your ice cream, the bathroom is always broke and you are paying customer but you can't use their bathroom, and then a lot of the workers don't speak English they have a hard time understanding what you're asking so how are you going to help the customers if you don't understand us..

Ridiculous service. Roxanne, the supposed manager, did not want to take our order. Who do we call? Is there a corporate number we can call or email to complain? What wouldn't she want to let us order a whopper? The kiosk was not working, the line to the drive thru was stalled, so we tried to go inside and place an order--- sounds reasonable, right? No, she said it was our problem that the kiosk didn't work and thats the only way to place an order unless we had coupons. What kind of backward stuff is that. She obviously did not want to do her job. 🙄 bye burger king, byeeeee. We spent zero dollars

The person inside acts like they don't want to help you. They literally won't help you if you're inside. I also wouldn't recommend going inside.

I visited for my favorite quick snack. I ordered a large onion ring and a strawberry Fanta. My onion rings were hot, delicious and fried crispy with a soft center served with tangy Zesty sauce topped off with my ice cold strawberry Fanta. Yummy!

We sent $79.98 and they give us some very hard chicken fries and we ask for cheese with our burgers and did not get that . So when I tried to call them their number was disconnected. I couldn't drive back to return the food, so I at least wanted them to know one of my child didn't get to eat anything but fires because all she likes is the chicken fries but of course the number is discontinued.
