Forgot the tacos and the toy. I even tipped the drive-through person 😭

We sent $79.98 and they give us some very hard chicken fries and we ask for cheese with our burgers and did not get that . So when I tried to call them their number was disconnected. I couldn't drive back to return the food, so I at least wanted them to know one of my child didn't get to eat anything but fires because all she likes is the chicken fries but of course the number is discontinued.

The last couple of times. The food has been good. The interior, is nice and clean. The con, is that guy her eho is missing a tooth when he talks, is very moody . I don't take it personal, because it must be hard having a smile that's half gone.

Slow service personal forgot to put staff in the bag. Well it's sad for me. I didn't like hamburgers but I used to have some from time to time I went here but really took long time to get my order Coca Cola fountain drink was more water then soda was white. I'm not coming back was my favorite place long time ago

I ordered a large Whopper meal, but the French fries appeared to be a small serving size. Without the coupon, the price is $20 for a large Whopper meal. The location has two kiosks, but the staff isn't very helpful. I had to figure out the process on my own. Even though my name was printed on the receipt, she asked for my name. I was ready to go, but she looked annoyed at having to put my food in a bag for me. When I was paying for my order she was conversing with her coworker in Spanish and gesturing towards me.

Employees are so unkind don't forgot to hand me my cup. I didn't ask for cheese but she charge me anyway. 3 package of ketchup. This place very stingy.
Employee didn't want to give me ketchup and BBQ sauce. McDonald fries are bigger the burger fries.

Always getting orders wrong. Male cashier unhelpful and rude. He doesn't belong there. Always makes excuses for why he gets orders wrong.

I ordered a coffee, I used the digital kiosk to order a cup of coffee and a fries, only to find out that they don't serve coffee. Hope they could program their system to reject any order that is contrary to their current menu. The wait is not worth it
