The only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is because every time I try to pass in the morning, I try to walk in around 7:30 and the door is locked, however, the sign says it opens at 7. It’s a bit of an inconvenience because I usually need to get to my bus stop and this makes it harder for me to be able to grab a quick bite. Other than that, everything else is great, the service is awesome and the food is handled with care.

The guys who work at the delivery counter put crumpled napkins in my order and there were much fewer potatoes than in other Burger King restaurants. when I made a remark, they pretended that they didn’t hear me or didn’t understand me. I love the burger but I won’t go to this restaurant again!

Burger king toasted double burger with bacon is only $4.39 with stacker sauce. If a location is not giving that price, others will. Try the app and get free large fries too. App works

My wife is in labor and delivery at the hospital next door. Decided to run over and grab her something that would be quick. I parked and went inside as the doors were open. After standing there for a few mins someone comes out and says why are you here?? I responded I'm here to order are you lot open yet? She responded no don't you see the door is locked? I said the door was open that's how I came in, what time do you open at? Don't you open at 6AM it's already 6:58AM. She said we not open leave. Then proceeded to put a chain in the inside of the door. Went back and check they open at 7AM but have no hours of operations posted on the the doors. So rude. I would have easily waited the 2 mins if she wasn't so rude. Leave this BK alone.

I ordered on the app and came to pick up my food. The rude cashier told me we dont have that order then ignores me and is disrespectful. It was the old fat mexican lady in the drive thru window. I never got my food and I want my money
Worst Burger King ever been here twice and the two times I've applied my coupon they never discount the price. If this place doesn't take coupons just say it.I've had this happen to me twice with two different cashiers where they don't say anything but will keep the coupon and still charge the full amount. I told the guy working today to give it back to me since he didn't apply it , funny how he just hoped I wouldn't notice.

We saw the low review posted for this location but decided to give them a chance anyway. My 18 year old son just returned with our food, but he was so angry. It seems he went through the drive-thru and placed his our order. The server's broken English could not be understood clearly. When he got to the window he tried again to explain that he had one of their coupons that gave a discount on their chicken sandwiches & fries. Either she could not understand him or did not want to understand him. She ignored him, charged him full price but took the coupon anyway. Needless to say, we WILL NOT ever return there again. Nor will we recommend them to anyone.
