I’m not a huge fan of Burger King because most of the times I’ve visited this location there’s at least one error or more with my order. I arrived at 11:45 pm , is what the receipt says but we waited at the spot to order for a few minutes before driving up to the window and searching for someone inside. All info on the internet and posted at the store states they close at 12 midnight. The worker opened the window and said they are closed and he can’t take our order. I asked him about the closing time of midnight. He said there was nothing he can do, their computers start an automatic shut down he has no control over in three minutes. So I told him I would appreciate if I could order since he said three minutes. All he would let me order was mozzarella sticks and said frozen cokes aren’t available. So then he put it in the computer, so we were there waiting and dealing with him probably before 1140. I don’t understand havin their hours posted as midnight but he’s telling me the computers shut down at 11:48 makes no sense I believe he might have been lying. Then in the bag is a sheet of coupons which I would always appreciate. I visited on 11/13/25
I was cutting up the coupons to put them in my wallet only to discover he out coupons that expired 11/08/25
So waste of my time and not sure why they would even bother putting them in there. There seems to be a real break down in order, rules, regulations, and general knowledge about their work place. I’m hoping maybe the manager sees this and will make some necessary changes. If they want to close at 11

Ordered jalapeño poppers and cheesy tots and got stale reheated stuff. Only after complaining they took them back and gave us fresh ones. Disappointed!!

THE WORST burger king! Came in on my 30 minute lunch. Kiosk didnt work which is fine. There's no one in the drive through. A few people in the restaurant and 1 guy in front of me. After 15 minutes in line he tells me I can use the kiosk. And walks away. Couldn't even tell him it wasn't working. The Work ethic is atrocious.

No matter what time of day you go here, the staff is unpleasant. Particularly the guy at the window in the evenings. Jesus, I think? He never is friendly to customers, but I've seen him smiling and joking with coworkers, so I know he is capable of being friendly. One instance, he had the nerve to chastise me in his rude, monotone voice for being late to pick up a Whopper. He stated that it had to be remade because I took too long, as if it were coming out of his paycheck. He always acts as if it's a huge burden for him to take your order, or hand you your food. Fries are always bland, no salt. The lettuce is ALWAYS brown, but tonight it was straight up ROTTEN. If there was any Burger King closer, I would never go back to this location.

Employees getting paid $20 an hour and can't even get an order right. You would think burger king could hire people that can speak English for pay like that. This burger king has the worst bland fries. Ask for extra salt they put no salt, asked for cheese on burgers got no cheese. Lady taking orders can't speak hardly any English
Why do I need to be bilingual just to eat somewhere? English should be required, make sure your employees can understand the language of half your customers. Give the teenagers their jobs back. Your paying $20 for garbage. Fast food is to expensive to get crap food and crap service.
Will not come back here again, this wasn't the first time I've had the same problem.

A picture says a THOUSAND WORDS! :( And I'm SURE the other chicken sandwich isn't cut in half either. When I worked at Burger King (at age 14-17, in Inglewood, Ca, 1980-1983), their/our slogan was "Have it YOUR Way." Maybe Burger King has scrapped that slogan, and I was unaware. Either way, next time, I'll just cut it in half MYSELF!
Parking: I wouldn't recommend asking for anything "Special." No more "Have it Your Way!" :(

Food is good. Counter staff paid more attention to drive through than lobby
Unfriendly Staff on the weekends like the Guy who takes the order does you a favor to take it at the register. Probably works 3 Jobs. What happened to the US?? Fries ? no flavor but bitter taste, oil quality?? Will go right into the Garage..
