I’ve been to Sevilla in San Diego and riverside many times. This one in Long Beach is a huge disappointment. We had a reservation for a week. When we arrived half of the tables were empty. However they were going to seat us at a small corner bar table , with a big speaker 1 feet away from you head. The waitress said this is the only possible table. While there were many other options. Normally you would expect “first come first choice”. And of course then you have to listen to a barrage of “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry….” which are meaningless words at such a moment.
The atmosphere was also way less than e.g. San Diego.
When you know the other Sevilla places, do t expect the same in Long Beach. Just skip this one!

I like the ambiance at Sevillas, Fridays is not as busy. However. It is a nice and chill vibe.

The host service needs improvement. I give four stars to the food, the rice in the paella was very mushy, but it was great in flavor. Our favorite tapas so far are: the cheese and ham balls and the datiles rellenos!!! Super delicious!!!

Several of the dishes were reheated. That was disappointing. Order octopus ceviche and shrimp tacos, because those were great!

We visited Sevilla for the first time with high hopes, especially curious about their variety of paellas. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the drinks were well-crafted with bold and balanced flavors. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not quite meet expectations.
Although we were second in line to be seated, our server remained inattentive throughout the evening, which set an off tone from the start. The paella itself was underwhelming. It lacked the depth and seasoning expected from a well-executed Spanish dish, tasting more like a bland jambalaya. There was also no sign of the signature socarrat, the crispy bottom layer that adds texture and richness to traditional paella. It felt like an afterthought rather than the star of the menu.
On a brighter note, the homemade bread and aioli were warm, fresh, and full of flavor.
While there were a few highlights, I am not sure I would be eager to return. The foundation is there, but the execution needs refining to make it worth another visit.

I have been here before but today! The food was unpalatable, the service was so bad; and Bryan Estuardo he couldn’t even get us water! It took another waiter (20mins later) to ask again for water and she brought it which at this point was one hour later when Bryan Estuardo ask us for water which he NEVER brought. (How he is manger beyond me!) The sad part no one was there and he is a manager. Which is when you should not spend your hard work money on a restaraunt were the manager could not even get water.

The live music is the only good thing this place has. The food is ok but taking 30-40 mins to get your first round in drinks and 1 and 120 to get your food is way too much! I will not be coming here again, just sharing my experience. I hope it helps someone. Thumbs down 100%.

The service was really good! The girls took the time to chat with me. I enjoyed the vegetarian paella, although a bit oily, portion was generous and the Pazo das Bruxas white wine was amazing.

We came to Sevillas to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the experience was really disappointing. The service was awful from the start. My drink was warm, the food came out cold, and the waiter took forever to come around. My mom even had to get up and find someone just to get more drinks and appetizers.
When the manager finally came over, he had an attitude, and at that point, I didn’t even want to order anything else. I felt as though we were bothering him
Then when we got the bill, they overcharged us by nearly $50—even though we had ordered during happy hour. They did end up correcting the bill by the way…
This was supposed to be a nice night for my mom, and instead it was uncomfortable. Probably won’t go back.

Came here on a Sunday night. It was pretty quiet with just 3-4 tables but service was still incredibly slow. It took 15 minutes just to get water and 5 more to put in our order. We ordered a family size paella and 4 tapas (they were out of most of their tapas). The first 2 appetizers - dates with bacon and papas bravas - came out pretty quickly and were decent. The paella also came within 20 minutes as they said but the salmon was raw in the inside and the paella was very wet in the bottom, not crispy like it should be. The rice was also underdone and the seafood seemed like it was just thrown on top instead of cooked in the rice like it is traditionally done. The 3rd appetizer - salchichas - came out after we were already done with our meal and only had a few measly pieces of sausage that were very burnt on the bottom and overly sweet from the apple cider glaze. We ended up just canceling the 4th appetizer because it never came. And the waiter did not come to check on us once or refill our waters until we asked for the check. At the very end, they started turning off the lights when it was 9:15pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm without as much as a gentle reminder or notice which is rude to the remaining patrons. 15 min is not an unreasonable amount of time to stay past closing.

Great Spanish Tapas restaurant in downtown Long Beach. The food was amazing! We had a large group of 16 people. Tables were set and ready for when we arrived. They allowed us to sit prior to members of our party to arrive. Full course meal included dessert. We ordered from one of the preset options which is well worth it. Plenty of food! Drinks are a bit expensive but well made. The live music entertainment during dinner was great and they have a dance club above the restaurant available for after dinner. Some members of our party attended. It’s a great atmosphere and service!

Food is amazing. Our server was 👍. The atmosphere was great.
The problem on my end was the actual furniture and the seats that were so uncomfortable. The place is too small and claustrophobic. And yet, they managed to make the atmosphere great because of the live music.

Mother’s Day was a blast here! Food was delicious. Service was wonderful. Sangria was delightful! And the dancing and choreography was so well put together. We learned and even got to participate! Dinner with a show! This is a great option.
