Well, our "experience" began before we even sat down. We made a reservation to celebrate our Father's 75th birthday here, on a Thursday, with several family friends from over an hour away. The temperatures were in the high 50's on the evening in question, and they forced us to sit outside on their patio (we were the ONLY group to be seated outside), because several hundred people from a convention decided that they wanted come to the restaurant on the same night! The failure on the part of the restaurant began with refusing to seat us inside, not providing enough heat lamps (because they claimed they were out of gas), and being generally dismissive of the needs of our group...THEIR CUSTOMERS!We made no excessive or unreasonable requests, and would've gladly stayed had the been able to accommodate us with at least SOME sort of comfort level that wouldn't have left us freezing outside. If you're in this immediate area, there are PLENTY of other establishments that will happily take care of you, and have incredible food and beverages! If recommend King's Fish (located right across the street), or Bo!Beau (located right next door).Spend your money where the people receiving it are happy to have you, and happy to take care of you.

Good food, good music, this place is a vibe. Four stars on service only because It took me asking four times before I got my stainless steel straw for my drink.

Reservations were easy to make. However, I wish I had found this place sooner so that I could reserve a 7:30 time instead of 5:45. I heard they have a show sometime around 8:00, but we didn't get to watch it due to our reservation time.We were seated promptly in one of the cute booths. Our server was also quick to come to our table and explain the menu.My husband ordered the Ibèrico Old Fashioned. As our server brought the drink, he lit the cinnamon stick that was placed in the drink. We immediately smelled the sweet but smokey scent in the air. He enjoyed the drink very much.It was happy hour until 7:00pm so we decided to go with Tapas most of the night for two reasons. They were 50% off and this was we can try multiple items. Halibut & Shrimp Ceviche, Marinated Olives, Gambas Al Ajillo, Scallops A La Plancha, Albondigas Al Jeréz con Chorizo, Baked Empanada Duo, Braised Short Rib Coca, and the Seafood Paella "Marinera".We enjoyed all of the items minus the Braised Rib order. I think if we ordered it first, we would have finished it. But it was one of the last things to be ordered and I felt it lacked flavor compared to everything else I tried. Because I wanted to save room for the paella, I did not finish it. My husband and I do not have big appetites to the portions of the Tapas along with the paella were perfect for us. We left content for the rest of the night.Lastly, our reservation was for 5:45. We arrived a few minutes early but did not have to wait. I am not sure if there is a time limit on your reservation however we stayed for about 2 hours and never felt rushed. Even as it neared the show time and they got busier. I really appreciate that because I was able to try so many things in the menu. With that being said, we can't wait to come back and try more Old Fashioned's and food.

I thought it was really cool! There was live Spanish music going on! The duo was excellent! The tapas were 50% off. so the bill was pretty good!? I believe we spent a couple of dollars around 40/50 to get a round belly!

Café Sevilla describing themselves a Spanish restaurant should fall in the category of cultural appropriation if anything they are span-ish. Probably opened by someone who once went to Spain, tried the food liked it and decided to make a terrible version of it. The food was actually terrible. The dates with bacon were burnt, so we're the salchichas who were somehow cold and tasteless at the same time. The shrimp was awful, couldnt even eat it. The croquetas were not croquetas but just fried cheese balls and the meatballs taste like flour. I was sooo disappointed. We were hungry and in the mood for Spanish food ( from Spain) I barely eat anything, had to eat dinner when I arrived home, and the little I eat, left a bad taste in my mouth, physically and emotionally. To top it all, the bill was expensive and we were charged for the metal straws, which we then took home.
