I literally lost all my credit cards and called their store number five times to seven times to see if I left my cards there all my information including my real ID and my social. They did not have the courtesy to pick up once they just said yeah relax we got your stuff when I came in a little hotheaded because I expected least a phone number with they provide to actually have people pick up especially if you call 5 to 7 times to 15 times completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never be back there especially that they’re Ebt does not work for hot food like they claimed it did. I have to get a new card For my Ebt because the liar on the phone which I knew he was, my heart has been used. I had $250 which I haven’t used yet I have $50 available. There was just a transaction on my account today He told me to call the cops and get them involved That doesn’t need to happen He’s if I did I’m friends with the cops and other people it would just take that person that you would be a little too nice for them they got my word I won’t be back. Also the rude entitled millennial kept on calling me, sir when I told him miss him I was born a A biological women from birth ! Im not trans ! How dare he And each time I told him I’m not giving you tested approval. Tell me who it was and it’s very easy to take my card number. One of them seen you put it in. I watched her just enough, my money is missing from my EBT card after I left my wallet on the counter perfect sense why they weren’t answering the phone 4 to 7 to 15 times they were going through my personal possessions. Do not go here whatever you do. They are snakes and won’t even give you corporate‘s number because they say they’re a franchise. More excuses so they don’t get in trouble, but they did get in trouble because they stole

Mad disrespectful they had the opportunity to try to help me out when opening hours had just closed but it's 24 hours open and because I was black the woman at the cashier proceeded to treat me like I was some homeless person or something while I kept my cool and I was respectful as a gentleman. Never go to this restaurant crappy service and mad disrespectful racist and deceitful treacherous activity actually ordering from this place you should spend your money elsewhere.

This has always been and clearly always will be one of the worst locations. I have patronized this location for over 2 decades. And it still has the worst employees, including the supervision, they are so rude and disrespectful, they purposely prepare your food improperly and inadequately and it's overcharged the quality of the food is trash so again I don't frequent this place as often, but when I have Each and every single time is identical. Almost it's like ridiculous. There's like have to be like different people of course, but with the same demeanors, like their personalities, their etiquette for work, dealing with customer service and patrons awful.. not to mention the establishment is just dreary. There's not been any upgrades. It feels very depressing. It's so low quality compared to other locations of Carl's Jr. That I won't ever go back PERIODt🤢🤮🤢🤮

Went earlier today to this location and had a great experience! Everything I ordered was correct and the dining area was very clean. Miram was very helpful when it came down to grabbing more condiments when asked. Will definitely be coming back.
