I had a disappointing experience at. My $50 order was incorrect—both drinks were Cokes instead of a Dr Pepper and Coke, and one burger included ingredients I had asked to be removed. Worse, the burger patty was tiny and thin, like a kids' meal. When I called, I was told they were unprepared for a promotion and had to use kids' patties without informing customers. While the staff was polite, the lack of transparency and poor resolution left me unsatisfied.

Please educate your employees I came at 12:00 a.m. midnight on January 24th and I was at the window and I asked the gentleman specifically if you had the pink house dressing and he told me yes, then once I got my order he claimed that they never carried The Pink House dressing, and then he wanted to sit and argue with me and cause a line behind him, where is Carl's Junior I've ever been to the hamburger I got isn't even that good ask for it well done and everything is cold

Yooooo. Seriously go across the street to Burger King and do yourself a favor. These burgers are garbage at Carl’s Jr. I wanted to switch it up with the Charbroiled Burgers, big mistake. These are terrible. Go to Burger King across the street. They are friendlier and you actually can get a good Burger. The Burger King app is 10 million times better than the janky Carl’s Jr. app.

When I went to the Carl’s Jr. located on Willow and Long Beach in the city of Long Beach Blvd. mind you this states that it is a 24 hour location through I was told by a worker Lorena Chavez that they are not able to take my order because they were on their break. She refused to take my order and service me because the workers needed to take their break at a 24 hour Carl’s Jr
