I have a sad experience in this place, this is my second time that I order a spicy chicken sandwich combo and they charged for something that I did not order. Today they charged me for onion rings and they gave me fries in my order when I did check my ticket I was expecting to see the onion rings as they charged me for it but I don't have it, and the lady asked for more than $11 dollars. I feel sad that this is happening to me because I do like Carl Jr. Please manager talk to your employees about it.

Went to Carl’s Jr just to get 2 burgers ? and order onion rings as well. It was $9 dollars a burger and I don’t know how much the onion rings were but the total was $25 ? I looked at my son and said my god we could get double doubles for about the same price for 4 burgers so cancel the order and went to In & Out got 4 double doubles for $25 bucks ?

I had an odd, early Saturday morning experience. Ordered online and went to pick up food at 6:45. Lights in store were on, but doors were locked and no one to be seen, including at the drive-thru. Waited at front door until someone who appeared to be the cook, let me in to pick up my food. When I asked why doors locked and no one at the counter, the woman said, "The manager is asleep." I can only assume he was under the influence and incapacitated. Wonder what total sales were for that day.
The loaded breakfast burritos were good.

I was blown away by the helpfulness of the lovely woman who was working the drive-through today. I’m kicking myself that I didn’t catch her name so I can give her a proper shout out! She really guided me through ordering through the app and gave me all the details of what to do for my future orders. She was super helpful, very kind and very patient.

Food was ordered I waited 15-20min. The manager and everyone were scrambling around not organized at all. Others were getting served before my order. I caught the manager go “oh yeah the order I forgot”. SMH. Then when they said it was ready they still forgot a medium drink. So I had to ask for it. Also with my order was a chocolate milkshake that was not filled correctly smh. This place needs help.Update - 1/29/24Arrived ordered and the wait was like 15min. The front registered don’t work. People were served before me. I saw my food sit there while workers just smiled and nodded at me forgetting my order. They didn’t even acknowledge me. Plus they forgot my receipt now I can’t add the points to the app from my purchase.
So, I came in making sure to get a quick meal with a coupon. This guy behind the counter had actually tried to cheat me out of my 10 dollar bill as a 5 dollar when giving me change. He even had the nerve to ask me if it's a 5 dollar bill! I did a cash back for 10 dollars in a smart & final before this happened. It's clear, employees now a days are trying to swindle you now.

Service is beyond my expectations, I had only 35 minutes between my classes and I stopped by by lunch time to Carl's in the Student Union CSULB, employees work with a sense of urgency, I received my food quick, fresh and delicious. I was able to eat and go to my next class without any problem. Thanks Carl's Jr.
