I ordered around 8:52, well my fiancé did and omgggg BRANDY IS AWESOME! Took our order which was the BYOB & let us know we can get as many as we want, luckily we aren’t big backs anymore because we would’ve gotten everything in their inventory! lol but for real, the entire crew that was on at the time that we ordered was wonderful and our food was made with the quickness so thank you cooks! Haven’t had Carl’s Jr in sooo many years so it was amazing to be treated with such kindness. Absolutely loved the energy and customer service that was given to us. If I could give 6 stars, I would! #TeamBrandy #TeamCarlsJr

I ordered the chicken sandwich paid $10 for it and they gave me a little chicken nugget size chicken breast. Not worth it, chick fil a is better. Don’t order the chicken sandwich here you will be disappointed!

I always go there and get my famous stars the way I like them, without onions, pickles and cheese.
But recently it seems the new cook doesn't seem to care to follow instructions. I'm very sure it wasn't the ladies that take my orders because they know me, and I made sure to tell them that this couple of times they give me one the way I like it, and the other one with everything.
Today, I told the lady to make sure both are without pickles, onions and cheese, and again they gave me one with everything.
Waited over 40 mins to received a cold, greasy, over prize chicken club combo, and when I complained about the cold food, the cashier (alma) gets upset and goes and drops new fries but still old sandwich, really bad service 👎👎 BTW the dinning area , most of the tables were dirty
