We came to eat breakfast there were only two employees there one cashier and one cook. this was about 9:30 to 10:00 in the morning. Is a restaurant manager I thought that was pretty odd that they would have been only two people in primetime breakfast. We were on a mission trip and had 13 people with us and took almost an hour to get our food and half of the time it was not what we ordered. We ordered one bacon and biscuit only and we got just a biscuit three times before they actually put the bacon in and then it was just a piece and a half a bacon for almost $5. They did not want to give us creamer sugar for the coffee or tea.

Everything was good! Food was tasty! Employees very nice & efficient! Only thing is that it's very expensive for TWO people! We ordered 2 Bacon Western Single Cheeseburger Combos & 1 small brownie & total was about $36+ Wow! If it wasn't for the prices, we'd definitely be back. Too bad they're very expensive. That's probably why the dine in area was empty with only about 2 people in it.

I was amazed to see how much the price of a hamburger has gone up, but that was expected given that the current state of the economy is not at it's best. The food was good and the atmosphere was great.

I want to do a simple Chicken Sandwich. And I ask for such with a make it a mill. And I got a price of $21 and something odd. Sense, then it went down to $19 and someone since then. Finally, after coming inside and asking, what the hell was going on? I got a price of $14 and sometimes since for a chicken mill Chicken Sandwich mill. I don't think they were trying to rip me off. I think the communication gap with the worker and the public is. Such an extensive gap that people are being charged. The wrong prices for items that they're not asking for.

I was going thru the drive thru. First she tried to over charge me until she realized she couldn't as my order qualified. I had asked for no ketchup. Her revenge- EXTRA KETCHUP. It's always something with this location. Think I have pretty much been repeatedly taught by this location: just drive a little further it's worth it. Not coming back.

I've been going to Carl's Junior since I was a kid. I love the western bacon cheeseburger with the Criss cut fries, always a favorite. This location tends to screw up the orders so definitely check your order before you leave

Terrible customer in drive thru today. The older lady at the window was not attentive. Before I could ask for chillies, she closed window. When she reopened and gave me my order. I asked for chillies and she got upset because I asked for 2. She said NO.

I went to the drive thru to order a combo and the person never offered me a small size only medium or large when I requested a small he told me Sorry we no longer sell small size drinks or fries only medium or large So I said so why do you have the small size in the menu employee Michael R finally said ok I got you I get to the driver thru window and I can clearly see all the drink sizes from Small to medium to large and he look very upset and with a bit of In attitude because I did. It fall for his trickery to try and sell me something more Pricey and it’s not because I can’t afford it it’s because I did not want a bigger size but people don’t let them trick you if u want a small size they have it but will pretend they don’t posted a picture to prove they clearly had small but he was giving me A bunch of reasons why they didn’t have it stop trying to force up sale on people carols jr and workers

Bad service. Sign also said kids meal comes with a toy and they discontinued the toys and told me tough luck after I ordered. Won’t come here again. Two disappointed kids.
