Just don't even bother. Avoid any "restaurant" with the same address. Especially when making a late night order. Food never gets confirmed and nobody answers the phone. Hope I get my refund.

i usually do not do any type of reviews but i believe thisplace merits one its been a few times that i've eating here trying all kinds of food usually is only one person working the place so it might take a little longer to get the food but it is worth it. The place is small but its very nice very clean.The lady that took my order and also made my food was super nice, helpful and had great knowledge of the menu,and what she suggested was spot on on what i was craving. i will definitely came back soon for more

Food is awful quality, tasted bad, way over priced. The fried chicken had no flavor and was leaking water! This is a corporate trap using multiple menus that look like different restaurants but it all goes to the same kitchen. I have never left a bad review before but, this was such an awful experience I couldn't let it slide.

Well, regardless if the food was good, no one ever answers the phone, ever.. I’ve waited on the phone many many times n after 20 minutes, I call somewhere else. Also when you go into the shop, u also can not find anyone, I walk in saying “hello hello hello” n again “ hello hello hello” n the person finally wanders over to the front counter, half asleep, like they were napping, I asked questions about the menu, and they yclueless. So I tried a couple of things on the menu, basically its fast food. Nothing special. But the fact that you have to wait so long to get someone on the phone and have somebody not be able to answer questions about the menu is just a hard pass for me.Basically, you can not get a hold of anyone on the phone, if you ARE able to find the place, you should get a free soda bc it’s in a bizarre location n NOT AT ALL worth the effort. Clearly even the staff do not want to be there, they are napping. Lol Really, if u r unsure, don’t bother, read the reviews on Yelp too. Only good thing going for this place is that it’s open to 2am, but again, no one EVER answers the phone to place an order. Go ahead, try calling, u will get music lol

My husband and I got two things, first was the El Sancho hash bowl was 7/10 good but not amazing. Second was the steak breakfast burrito 8.5/10 we LOVED the flavor and it was soo good. We would definitely come back. It wasn’t too hard for us to find either. Big portion sizes. The guy that helped us out was super friendly and gave great recommendations.
Got a delivery order here and it’s been 20 minutes past the pick up time was supposed to pick at at 11:38 am it’s now 12 and it’s not ready slow af

We were so confused when the uber driver dropped us off in an alley but so glad we figured it out because this place is awesome! We were visiting from Texas and this place let us each choose whatever we wanted without going to multiple places. While the alley was a little weird, it was very well lit so it wasn't too sketchy.

The customer service was amazing. The two men working were so helpful and informative. However, the chicken was gross! It taste like it was not washed properly. The sauce was great. I also had onion rings they were great.
