Been going to Chen's for years. Food is always good and deliveries are always fast! We really enjoy the honey walnut chicken, combination lo mein and fried rice. Wonton soup is a must when you're sick. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing. The egg rolls are delish and the low mein was very tasty. Highly recommend. The price was reasonable as well. We ordered combo low mein, egg rolls, boba tea, bou buns and rangoons the bill was $46.00

Oh, Chen's, I have been a supporter since Mae was at the helm. This is the Lemon Chicken with the batter completely mushy and falling off. I have never called to complain since 1996 and they backed the chef. Yes, the chicken is quality but I wanted something crunchy not soggy.

First time eating from this place because I’ve been looking for a good Chinese food place since I’ve come to LA. Food was okay but could’ve been a little better. What made my experience the worst was when I called back after a mistake on my order. The manager was yelling at me on the phone and told me and I quote to “stop talking” after going back and forth trying to get to bottom of the miscommunication on his part for missing part of my order. Clearly I will not be ordering delivery or in general from them again. My search for a Chinese food place is still a go.

Today is my daughter's birthday and she was craving Chens. We ordered 2 hours ago keep calling and get hung up on. This place used to be our favorite NO excuse for that. AND we already paid.

This has always been my go to spot for Chinese food for at least 10 years. However this last time the food was just okay. Not bad but not great the way it use to be. I will try one more time to see if that was a fluke or has something changed. Not sure if they are using new ingredients or a new chef.

Best Chinese food in the Rogue Valley. We drive down from Grants Pass to eat here.My husband had the chow fun, he said it was very good and fresh. My mother in law loved here Mongolian beef lunch special and it was very tender. I had the lunch Generals chicken. A lot of food for a good price

Oh yes! I know some have said that Chen's isn't as it used to be. But as a first timer here I can't see how it could get any better! This is the Cantonese food of my childhood memories when mom and dad would take us to Canton Kitchen in Monrovia! Staff here at Chen's was just as nice and the food absolutely as good. I ordered the New York Style (bean sprout based instead of noodle based) Chow Mein with shrimp. Some restaurants call this chow mein and the noodle based version lo mein. But whatever you call it, call me to help eat it! I just love the lightness and the crunch. I paired it with the BBQ Spare Ribs which were perfectly cooked, tender and delicious! I only wish Chen's had been heavier handed with the sauce but I'm a saucy girl. Others might love it just as is. Chen's just hit the top of my list for Cantonese food and I can't wait to return again!

Love the food. It's like I'm back in high school. My 1st job was waiting table in a small town in Illinois for Fung Too. I've tried to find something even close! Chens is the Best! Portions are great! Service was great! I'm going to become one of their regulars!

My family used to come here when I was young many years ago and had some great culinary affairs with the cuisine. So i decided to try it out again. Well, some romances are in the past for good reason. The atmosphere is cultural, but dark colors, low lighting, and fading red paint, dim the vitality and aura considerably. I ordered garlic chicken for lunch. Good amount of vegetables and chicken, but everything seemed washed out like my faded memories of the place. VERY SOGGY. The food was lacking in flavor like a muted watch of one of your favories old series.

Food was bland, too much water and cheap oil.

I am updating my review after Chen’s went above and beyond to make it right! This place is amazing, if you haven’t eaten here you’re missing out!I ordered the Three Flavor Sizzling Rice soup that was delivered with Uber Eats. I have been ordering this soup a few days a week, for months and it’s usually always delicious. Today I get some unknown meat in my soup (see picture), there is ONLY supposed to be chicken, shrimp & crab meat (which I ALWAYS ask to be substituted with more chicken). I always ask for extra crispy rice and I am always charged like $5 extra every time. I have spent a TON of money here and you would think they would take care of regular good paying customers? At bare minimum make sure the quality of food being delivered is on point! Sooooo disappointed today, not sure if I will be back, it will depend on how this establishment handles this complaint!
