This is experience was bothersome on multiple levels. They have 2 lanes to merge into supposedly 2 order speakers but 1 speaker is closed so someone cut in front of me to order. Spoke to a manager who heard me out but did nothing. When I got home, they put zero sauces in the bag after me ordering and it being on the receipt. Whats the point of asking if they don’t follow through!!!! Next time I’ll patron Cane’s or a different Chik FilA.

Received the wrong order, despite reviewing the order after placing it!
When I went to return it (in a calm manner), I politely requested a new sandwich! Prior to returning the sandwich I intentionally ripped off a piece of the bread to ensure i didn’t get the same sandwich! Sure enough the lazy ass employee returns the same sandwich minus the item I omitted! And yes there is a food sensitivity involved!
Anyways, just be aware that this facility has subpar employees not meeting the typical Chick-fil-A standards! If you need to return a food item at this particular franchise be cautious!

Had a terrible time at bingo night 2/25/25. I went to bingo night and won blackout in the final round, where the prize was supposed to be $200. However, this Chick-fil-A didn’t honor it. Instead, they made me and another winner play an extra round to compete for the actual prize. It was disappointing, especially since in the previous round, three winners were each allowed to take home $250 without any extra conditions. They should have honored the original prize or split up the $200 reward between the two winners in the final round. My family and I were so excited about winning, only to get our hopes up and be let down by their unfair handling of the situation. It felt like they changed the rules on the spot, which took all the fun out of what should have been a great night. My family and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not the experience we expected, and we won’t be coming back for another bingo night.

If you don't have the ability to serve the drive-thru in an appropriate amount of time. An exit must be added!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Over 45min and counting 2:00p 6/12/24. I was 2 car length inside the coned area when I started!
This is one of the slowest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to I know they're really busy but the other Chick-fil-A's get you in and out quick I want to drive through for 30 minutes

Orders are taken far from menu board so should have another one further back in drive thru line. Ordered the chicken strips and what a joke that was. I feel I got the child’s meal size and they are NOTHING like they advertise on TV and way way overpriced for what you get. The bun for sandwiches ordered for family fall apart after third bite. Boys were not happy. Will not waste my money here again.Employees were very pleasant and helpful but food is way overpriced, over rated.
