Rude customer service very professional encounter. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked a simple question asking for the code for the restroom, as I waited for my food to finish. Very disorganized compared to other locations I’ve been at. Long line of people with orders getting messed up then proceed to give them a attitude back to them when in fact it was for their mess ups

Went eat a salad and got a show. What I can only assume is a manager was yelling at this poor girl for a small issue. Like full on yelling in front of everyone. Made me loose my appetite and honestly may just go the extra few blocks to the Cerritos location next time.

I went there today ordered 2 sandwiches with no pickles, I should have checked it before leaving but I figured how hard can it be and to my surprise when I got home sure enough they put pickles. For the price I will stick to canes or in n out which is way better plus better service. The guy Raphael who took my order was not even focused on my order, he was so busy talking and taking the order of one of his co worker instead the order of the a customer.
