Ordered a 12 piece nugget combo and some Mac and cheese when I got home they gave me a 5 piece kids meal . I was starving and very mad .
This is an amazing location! The employees and owner are great! Always great service. The owner even does great community events. We moved to the next town over but still come to this location especially if we have to go to Walmart or Sam’s.

I waited for a bag of ice, when people who purchased after me received their orders I asked can I please have my bag of ice. A nice gentleman came from the back and gave me a prepackaged bag. after waiting 7 minutes. I asked for a fresh bag and was told they only have pre-packaged bags. Why would I have to wait 7 minutes for something pre-made? I asked for a refund. Waste of time they could have made me 7 bags of ice in the time I waited for one that was already made waiting in the back. But everyone's having great old conversations while they make everyone else's food. I just wanted some ice

I got nasty food poisoning on Friday up until Sunday evening to the point where i was bed ridden and I called to let the manager know. She didn’t seem to be aware or even seem to give much attention towards the issue. I only called to help others so might as well leave a review. Their chicken was the only food i had that day so i know. My stomach is still weak today and i can’t eat. Safe to say i’ll never eat chic fil a again :)

I have always admire the atmosphere here. The staff seem happy to be at work and employees seem to be happy. But today while waiting for my food I witness a manager treating an employee like garbage. The older woman was greeting customers while organizing sauces when the Manager walked over and said something to her. The women responded she had been busy... his response was "I don't care if you are busy" I don't recall the conversation but I could tell she felt humiliated. The conversation went on for what felt like forever and I could hear was "you need to do this first...not this" etc.If this is the sort of behavior infront of constomers I don't want to image what happen in the back.The manager name started with an R... Ramon maybe not sure.I hope corporate send him to get some training. Employees deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

FINALLY!!!!! We visit a Chick Fil A restaurant and there is a Intelligent Indigenous Brother named Nick smiling and customer service ready!! Its rare to see black or color people in CEO positions so thank you NICK for being a fresh breath of air in the madness of the corporate world. Not only did Nick provide excellent customer service. He helped out our family with a kids meal, two combos with macaroni and cheese and chicken nuggets!!! NICK IS THE CEO!!!! The food even tasted better this time around too!! The lemonade tasted like it was homemade, man even the sauces were different too.. Or maybe i just never paid attention but who cares! When the food is this good and you KNOW a Brother is in charge I am going to make sure all 3.5 Million people know about it!!!! Nick you are a GOD and amazing person. Continue to be the change we need to see as Brothers!! You inspired me... Peace Love Abundance my brother.

Majority of all the staff are friendly and will help you if you ask or if they see you standing at the counter ? The restaurant is always being cleaned, the original grilled chicken sandwich is always hot juicy and tastes good too ? and I enjoy it everytime because it's Healthy for you. Now what I also like about going to Chick-fil-A is that if you don't want tomatoes or lettuce you let them know while you are ordering and you don't get charged for it because you see a small change taken off ? Now I really wish all food business would do that ?Vegetarian options: Just ask for anything that you would like to eat without something you can't have plus there are salads just make sure you ask with no meat.Parking: When it gets busy at the shopping area and when Chick-fil-A gets busy then it can be a little hard to find parking but it's not bad and just walk a little if you park not at the restaurant. ?Kid-friendliness: Yes there's a play area for the kids and I know there's a kids menu plus I think coloring.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there's parking and you can get access to the inside with plenty of space at the door and places to park your wheelchair ♿️ at the tables.

they always take very long for the food and when I asked for a plastic bag they refused because it wasn’t 3 bags manager at the time of 9:40am needs to be re trained i’ve never been refused a plastic bag at any restaurant especially not a My Pleasure restaraunt

I love chick-fil-A but this location made me change my mind, my daughter loves the chicken nuggets she always finish them but these she didn't like them, even me I can taste it different than the one at Torrance she didn't even finish one plus I ordered a chicken club sandwich with fries and a chicken nuggets with fruit, I didn't get my fruit and I didn't get my fries I noticed until I opened the bags I was far to go back for it so yeah I paid for something that I didn't get...

Had a pretty negative experience recently, and honestly since Chick-Fil-A has removed the special instructions option I have been going a lot less frequently. I asked for a sandwich with lettuce wrap instead of bun, and though I had a free sandwich, they were going to charge a nominal amount of change for substitutions, which isn't a big deal, but it's always frustrating considering all other locations normally do it without resistance.Totally understand policy, but it doesn't make much sense considering the cost differential is none as opposed to a technicality. If anything it does incentivize just coming in and asking them to change it after you order it which just creates more work for everyone else.I don't know if it's just this location, but it honestly came across as rather rude to me.TIP: I'll go to other Chick-Fil-A's. In-N-Out is just right next door.
