Chili's Grill & Bar

Everything was great , celebrated my grandmother 80th bday with a group of 14 ppl. She had a ball and the staff was AMAZING... I'm frequently at this particular location and it's never a bad moment and the staff is always setting a great mood for the atmosphere. Food was timely and wonderful, drinks were amazing and not skimpy. They sung her happy birthday and she was so excited . 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Omg, this place completely fine when you enter. However, the drinks here are horrible. I don’t understand why they have a sewer water aftertaste. I had sprite and I asked the server to get me a new one without ice bc mine tasted weird. But it’s not the ice. I couldn’t even enjoy my soda. I also got the tripple dipper, one of my choices were boneless barbecue wings; they were completely drenched in barbecue sauce which made them almost impossible to eat. Additionally, the tenders that are shown in the picture taste too sweet. I would never come here again!

We came here for a quick snack so it was Chips & Dip for us as well as a couple tall beers. It wasn't the quickest snack as the bar crew was doing a lot of nothing the whole time. Leilani checked us out, but not sure if we had a dedicated bartender. Several people milling around, but not doing anything. Thankfully, the food and beer was good.

Suzanne, our waiter, was INCREDIBLY rude to my friends and I. She gave our table side eyes, rude tones, and was extremely inattentive to our table. While I was paying, I had to wait 15 minutes to get a waiter to even SEE me. If you guys are understaffed, HIRE MORE.

Had a great experience at this location. Our server, Connor, was great and efficient and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Our food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. Will be returning.

Literally don’t come here if you want to be seated. They don’t take names or party #’s so it’s a free for all when it comes to be seated. The hostess asked their coworkers, “who’s next?”. This problem could easily be avoidable if they took down names. Once we did get seated everything was amazing. Good food. Server was super nice and we got our drinks & food super fast for a saturday night. They just need to get their seating problem down.

Hadn’t been to a Chili’s in almost a decade but glad I finally went back! The triple dipper is still just as great to share. Also got a Chips Trio with queso, guacamole, and salsa - which were all much larger portions than any other restaurant I’ve been recently.
