Chili's Grill & Bar

Walked in the door at 9:20 on 7/27 were told that they were not taking any tables. They close at 10:00 pm.

I asked the server why and she said they were too busy. There were tons of extra tables and the entire patio was closed. We left an event early to make it here.

I haven’t eaten at a chilis in YEARS because of the quality of the food. Now I know the quality of the service is awful too. Locking the doors 40 minutes before closing time is not reasonable. Don’t come here.

Been to this chilis countless times now … and it’s spotty. High turnover of staff and it’s usually either insanely busy or super slow just now it is in that area. Overall, I keep going back. Food is always good!

They give you a good service it’s really good food

I won't tell you about the bad waitress that left us waiting 15 minutes after we sat down and only came over to us after he colleague tapped her on the shoulder to remind her she had other guests to serve.

But let me tell you about Devin who noticed our destress and came to the rescue. Offered us chips and salsa while we wait and brought water to the table. There wasn't even napkins or silverware yet. He kept checking on us because we were left for long periods throughout the meal.
There are some people that just shine in their jobs. If you want Great service, and attentive server, who knows what they're doing, then go and ask for Devin. You can't go wrong!

Kids meal chicken Alfredo was very dry and had no sauce on it and the side of garlic bread was very mushy and crumpled in foil

Why would they close their doors at 9:30 and also stop taking to go orders, pretty wack if you ask me. If you want to close at 9:30 put your hours for 9:30

Andrea was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything with our meal was perfect. She had a great attitude the entire time. It’s clear she cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had—thank you, Andrea! Viva Tepatitlán!
