Been to this chilis countless times now … and it’s spotty. High turnover of staff and it’s usually either insanely busy or super slow just now it is in that area. Overall, I keep going back. Food is always good!

I won't tell you about the bad waitress that left us waiting 15 minutes after we sat down and only came over to us after he colleague tapped her on the shoulder to remind her she had other guests to serve.

But let me tell you about Devin who noticed our destress and came to the rescue. Offered us chips and salsa while we wait and brought water to the table. There wasn't even napkins or silverware yet. He kept checking on us because we were left...

Andrea was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything with our meal was perfect. She had a great attitude the entire time. It’s clear she cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had—thank you, Andrea! Viva Tepatitlán!
