HAIR!!!!! Walked in and walked right out of this Chipotle around 2pm today(09/25/2025). I was going to order a bowl but as I walked up to the counter I noticed a hair in the white rice. Mind you it was only about half of a container left so that rice had been served to others. The employee came to take my order and I informed him of the hair. He looks at the rice and grabs the hair. He pulls the hair out and its a long dark hair that is EMBEDDED in the container, so im sure it was incorporated from the woman who cooked it. It wasnt just sitting on the surface. The guy then sits the rice on the back counter after saying something to the woman in kitchen. There is no line, there is no rush, why not throw it away? Why pull the hair out? Even if there was a line, it take 2 seconds to toss the rice...made me think he's going to put that rice back out there later... Then he comes back to take my order, doesn't even change his gloves smh. No thank you

At the very least, I would have thought they would have sent out a coupon for my next meal, or offered to reimburse me for the meal that I complained about. At this point, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Seem to skimp on portions if you leave out any of the different toppings. You would figure that you might get a little more beef if you opt out on the rice and beans...but no....even if you repeatedly ask. Same goes for the cheese....it seems that for what they charge you would get better options.

Consistently delayed. I normally just order a take out of a chicken quesadilla and I try to order 30 mins early because they are consistently late. And it never seems to improve. Only reason we keep going here is because it is nearby and my son likes the quesadilla. Avoid take out here if you can

Food made me sick. I threw everything up, made me nauseous, and gave me a fever. Food tasted funny, chicken was burnt, red chili salsa tasted sour, and chips were stale.

This is honestly one of the worst chipotles in the area. I go 10-15 minutes out of my way to Marina Pacifica or Rossmoor because the workers at this location always seem to be borderline hostile. They act as if they enjoy ignoring you??? During my last visit they gave me a half scoop of protein and when I asked for a little more, they just didn’t respond to me. Whoever manages or whoever makes the executive decisions needs to be fired or retrained I’m sure they’re understaffed, underpaid, and overworked but I literally never have such a negative experience at any other chipotle.

This place is home of the ‘humble scoop’ and you need to watch them like hawks or they’ll short change you on everything, especially the meat. Do not order pickup from this location, you will be totally shafted.

Scheduled an order for 6 people for my daughter's birthday. It was cold cold. Not I'D LIKE TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER cold (aka "not hot"). It was actual cold, like, slightly below room temperature.
Beyond that, the quality just isn't what it used to be. I don't think Chipotle ever came back from the whole norovirus fiasco.
What I wouldn't give for late 2000's Chipotle... Used to be my favorite restaurant in the world. Would go twice a week. Was even part of the Farm Team. Twice.

I visited chipotle today and saw flies all over the food, I told the server and she ignored me so I went to the cashier and told her. I also saw an employee fanning the flies, but no one was trying to get rid of them. The flies were landing on the pots and flying around the food.
