Echoing everyone else’s comments here this specific shop skimps on portions

Should of trusted the reviews, portions are a joke especially when paying for double. Time to start hitting the Mexican food spot.

It's Chipotle food, but this location just doesn't care at all about how the shop looks, about customer service, or about being properly stocked. The soda fountain (which they get their BIGGEST margins on) hasn't worked properly in at least a year. I recommend choosing Leo's tacos over this location; they just do not care at this Chipotle on Pine Ave.

Yes I bought me a carne asada burrito bowl with half white rice half brown rice half black beans half pinto beans queso Plano onions with everything on top of it

The girl attending.. she was superrude and annoying. She put food like feeding a dog.. lol.. I asked for fajitas (6pm..) and she said... we don't have it.. I asked will you guys cook more? And she said.. not, we won't.. it's enough for today... . And the cashier was kinda laughing..on me... 😡🤬6pm... sad cuz morning guys are nice... 😑

This Chipotle is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I wanted a burrito with rice, but I can't eat cilantro so I asked if they have plain rice. I used to request this ALL THE TIME without any issues but now every single time I go they just say no.
I know they have it, I don't care if it's warm of cold, they just won't give it to me.
Okay since I still need to get something to eat but I can't eat the burrito without rice I ask for a bowl of nachos, with the toppings on the side so the chips don't get soggy.
I fully explained that to them, it seems like a really simple request but they look at me like I'm stupid and ring me up for a $15 bowl of nachos which is ridiculously expensive.
Not only am I never going to THIS chipotle again, I'm never going to ANY chipotle ever again.
WORST customer service ever.

The food is good but dont let the girl with glasses help you. She is just straight up stingy with portions and doesn't listen. I asked her for an extra sauce and she straight up looked me dead in the face and told me okay while handing me the bag. I was waiting for the extra sauce but she walked away. I had to ask another young lady to help me out. She was sweet and at least heard me. Usually everybody else is nice and serves decent bowls too. They just be hiring anybody nowadays I guess

Fast service, good food. Got to-go. My bag of chips was only like 1/4th filled so that was kinda disappointing

I ordered online a normal chicken salad with the dressing on the side. When I arrived the gal asked my name and didn’t even look at me, holding out the bag. I double checked to make sure the dressing was in there and it was not. I asked her if I could get some dressing and she said “we don’t have any”. I said you don’t have any? With an attitude she said, “yeah we haven’t had any for three weeks.”
I haven’t been here in the last three weeks so I wouldn’t know. If they are out of something, they should update the websites so you can’t order it. The food is great as usual but the customer service and the online situation needs to improve.

Worst location I’ve been to.

The guy who makes the food was really quick. The food was excellent, but the portions were significantly smaller than the spot by my house.
