The girl attending.. she was superrude and annoying. She put food like feeding a dog.. lol.. I asked for fajitas (6pm..) and she said... we don't have it.. I asked will you guys cook more? And she said.. not, we won't.. it's enough for today... . And the cashier was kinda laughing..on me... 😡🤬6pm... sad cuz morning guys are nice... 😑

This Chipotle is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I wanted a burrito with rice, but I can't eat cilantro so I asked if they have plain rice. I used to request this ALL THE TIME without any issues but now every single time I go they just say no.
I know they have it, I don't care if it's warm of cold, they just won't give it to me.
Okay since I still need to get something to eat but I can't eat the burrito without rice I ask for a bowl of nachos, with the toppings on the side so the chips don't get soggy.
I fully explained that to them, it seems like a really simple request but they look at me like I'm stupid and ring me up for a $15 bowl of nachos which is ridiculously expensive.
Not only am I never going to THIS chipotle again, I'm never going to ANY chipotle ever again.
WORST customer service ever.

The food is good but dont let the girl with glasses help you. She is just straight up stingy with portions and doesn't listen. I asked her for an extra sauce and she straight up looked me dead in the face and told me okay while handing me the bag. I was waiting for the extra sauce but she walked away. I had to ask another young lady to help me out. She was sweet and at least heard me. Usually everybody else is nice and serves decent bowls too. They just be hiring anybody nowadays I guess

I ordered online a normal chicken salad with the dressing on the side. When I arrived the gal asked my name and didn’t even look at me, holding out the bag. I double checked to make sure the dressing was in there and it was not. I asked her if I could get some dressing and she said “we don’t have any”. I said you don’t have any? With an attitude she said, “yeah we haven’t had any for three weeks.”
I haven’t been here in the last three weeks so I wouldn’t know. If they are out of something, they should update the websites so you can’t order it. The food is great as usual but the customer service and the online situation needs to improve.

Worst location I’ve been to.

The guy who makes the food was really quick. The food was excellent, but the portions were significantly smaller than the spot by my house.

I can't remove the cilantro cilantro separately. It's stuck in the rice. The amount is huge. Just like Subway, I can customize it to whatever I want! Nacho chips? It's delicious to eat with this

great people! unfortunately, i found some kind of bug buried [alive] in my food. sucks cus the food was amazing, perfect amount of everything right up until i saw some kind of bug moving on my fork. hoping i didn’t eat one given i ate a nice amount before i found it. they gave me a refund [that i’m still waiting for]. i’m done with this chipotle or probably any other one for a while lol

Came to this chipotle & ordered extra rice & beans the steak & chicken were low & I opted to wait for it fresh. Once I turned around to find my seat. The employee began to scoop out the extra rice & beans I previously asked for. After proceeding in doing that he looked up & saw me looking at what he was doing. Once the food was ready he remade me a new bowl with the extra rice & beans. I just want to know who in higher management told him to do that?! And if that’s not the case he seriously needs to be reprimanded.
