The server here with the nose ring was rude. When I asked for a cup of water she said “Only if you actually put water in it.” Umm like okay maybe I will fill it with soda then.

Female cashier was very nice. The food was good, the barbacoa was a little salty. The soda machine was not working, but the agua fresca was good.

It's a nice, new location, but has very limited seating inside. Not sure why, but the place is almost all kitchen now (When it was Carl's Jr, there was way more seating available inside). Outdoor seating doesn't count for me, because I need shade, and there's just a couple of umbrellas and the seats are metal (not good in the summer sun). The food is standard Chipotle, and the service is good most of the time. Chipoltlane is fun, if you have the app, but it's not a drive-thru. I do appreciate that they're open until 11pm, which is convenient.

Staff appears overtly disinterested in providing service. I've ordered take out a handful of times at this location and there's been significant wait times each time, that go beyond the promise time. I don't expect friendly staff but I do desire a certain level of competency which appears to be lacking.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. The employees, who seemed to be from a younger generation, were unfriendly and appeared entitled. The individual who prepared my food was unpleasant after completing my order, and when I requested tortilla, he placed it in my bag with a poor attitude. Furthermore, the cashier did not place my items in front of me as she did with other customers. I question the effectiveness of the hiring process for these young employees.

I had a free meal voucher from nurse’s week that Chipotle sent me. I came around 11:30am on a Wednesday and it mildly busy. The ladies that made my bowl were great but I believe the person at the POS system was being trained by someone.
I showed the person at POS I had a code for my free meal for nurse’s week and he asked the person training him. The trainer told me those don’t work and they had tried it earlier today but it didn’t work. I asked if they could at least try and not even looking at me and he told me he knows for sure it wouldn’t work.
I asked them how could I get it redeemed and the person said he doesn’t think they are valid.
I didn’t want to hold up the line so I asked if they could put the receipt in the bag but upon looking at my meal I couldn’t find the receipt. Extremely disappointed.

$25.80 for a carnitas burrito with extra meat, guacamole and a 20 oz coke is ridiculously pricey. The food quality doesn't justify the price. The burrito was cold.

You can never go wrong with Chipotle. My burrito was hefty and everything we ordered was well served except the chips. I ordered a large and they only had about a regular sized bag amount of chips inside, Definitely not enough for my large queso (insert sad face.) They were flavorful though so that was a plus. Definitely made up for the lack of quantity.
