My experience there was awesome the chocolate with the strawberries in the pistachio cream was on point

I love the normal energy of this place, this is first cafe in Long Beach i seen that their whole staff were diverse and full different ethnic background, have amazing personality. Their shakes and chocolate cover rice bars are great and amazing. I come here every few months.

Food is great, but everyone seems so busy to help. Especially if you're on that kiosk trying to order. A little crowded at peak times with a small dining area.

Update: Case and point just check out their reply. It didn't touch her skin directly, just her shirt, so it's ok.

just spent $30 here to watch the lady cooking the pancakes use the cooking stick to scratch her body and then try to use it to flip the food. I made a comment about it being unsanitary, and she proceeded to argue that she used the other side of the stick. Hello, it touched your body, and now you want to use it to cook. She didn't understand the concept of unsanitary. Would they say this to a food inspector?

They are the best .. I had crepe, waffle with 3 chocolate types.. and 12oz Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cup..

The younger male server is awesome, super friendly and informative. So far, every chocolate test I’ve had has been delicious! Real fun for chocolate lovers.

First time going here I heard a lot of good things and had to try I was very impressed with the customer service the 2 Lady in the front are very nice and with a beautiful smile they waited for me to look at the menu and answer all my questions they made a special treat with all the stuff I like my daughter order so much stuff that she got chocolate waisted she said “I’m coming back tomorrow for more I love this place”everything was delicious they keep everything very clean and Neat Thank you for the very good service

Order and pay on the iPad when you walk in. There are two. Have a seat and wait for awesomeness to arrive.
