Horrible customer service. They take so long to make your food and its because they have 1 cook. The "cashiers" are standing and looking around while they have a line in the front to take orders. awful I ordered through postmates and I had to wait 30 minutes in line and for them to say they didn't get an order, like what? waiting another 30 minutes for my food to be done and now my break is over. Do better and hire more people .

I just went and ordered a 5 piece strips with a side of reg coleslaw and large Mac an cheese. I went 2 blocks back home and opened my order and the Mac/Cheese and slaw were good but the strips were cold....I mean cold. I used my meat thermometer to check their internal temp and you can see below they are room temp...not warm and definitely not hot. I called and was told "there's nothing they can do, they got cold on way home". I'm sorry but hot chicken doesn't get cold going just 2 blocks. I filed a complaint with corporate and sent them the photos with meat thermometer in them so we shall see if they care for their customers or not.Wheelchair accessibility: The only doors are really hard to use without rish of rolling off edge of sidewalk. No safety rail or wall in front

The chicken was... OK. I have had better but I have had worse. I ordered a 3 piece meal, the drum stick was good nice and crunchy but the thigh was not so good. It was drooling oil. I know I said drooling and not dripping because it looked like it was drooling ? but I will give them their biskit it was the best biskit I have ever tasted. Its like they cooked the honey into it somehow it blew my mind
