Church's Texas Chicken

The reason why I'm giving this rating is due to. I pulled up at 8:15 pay for my chicken sit there till 901. The cashier came and gave A car some chicken and then walked over to my car and told me she was out of chicken. I went and talked to the manager. She was disorganized and I explained to her as a store manager you supposed to know what type of merchandise do you have You do not let the customer sit there for over an hour and take her money and then give her a refund very unprofessional. I think more customer service and manager training need to be taught at this church Chicken's Chicken

The chicken was very fresh and juicy. I received everything I ordered and I am very appreciative of that. The fries were fresh and salted well. I also received my order within a decent amount of time. Thank you.

I have been coming to this Church's Chicken for years the service has always been good food I love it but lately they have a young man what's horrible customer service doesn't let you speak when you're trying to order he is rude and I asked him if they had sauces for sale separate he said no which I know they do went to the window and said I thought there was no sauces he said oh we do but they don't come with the order which I know it doesn't to make a long story short he didn't want to sell me a sauce separate and his personality just sucks and he is really rude and I've had numerous of encounters with this young man and I asked him for his name because the receipt said that I was attended by a different person which was a female and I know it wasn't him horrible horrible customer service I'm disappointed because out of all the years I've been coming here I've seen people come and go and never any bad experience I understand people have bad days but this gentleman always seems to have a bad day

Went in today to pick up dinner, Juan Ayala (cashier) was extremely helpful, friendly, he made recommendations/suggestions to try different items on the menu. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit today, will be a returning customer!

Came here right after my doctor's appointment. There was no line all the people working today on 10/9 around 140pm were amazing. My food tasted fresh and excellent service today!

The chicken was good. The biscuit was super delish along with the mashed potatoes. Reasonably priced for lunch meal

I ordered a 4 piece. I was given a 2 piece. This is my second visit to this location and received horrible service.
