Everything was messed up. They say the chicken got out of 10 minutes. They lied that chicken was nasty and not hot and crispy. It was still red inside. That’s my favorite spot to go to every time I come from Victorville to Long Beach. They hurt my feelings today. do better with your cook,

I ordered 3 chicken legs that should comes to 5.60$ or 6.50$. The women at the cashier is insane, she forcefully changed my order to what she wants and charged me what she wants …

They advertise 9.99 surfnturf combo side n soda. It's posted, it's up on the menu board. I would have taken picture ,didn't think. I ordered thinking that what I read was what l was going to get, fries shrimp,chicken biscuit drink.. I was charged and asked the cashier why the price was more. ' you pay for drink and fries", I said the sign reads 9.99, she gave me a look, to turned around, went back to making orders. Not washing hands. I wasn't going to argue,I was hungry and tired and took my food and left. I went home and discovered that it was nothing but I ordered at what I was charged with look at the pictures look at the receipt. I received french fries and they printed two sides the biscuit was hard too. I would have gone back but I don't think it was worth it to argue with the cashier or whoever she was I just like to know if I can get my money back or just discredit this store for their lousy customer service and overcharging, FALSE ADVERTISING

I made a online order for pick up. I had my husband to go to the window to pick up the items from the window. He provided my name and the lady at the window refused to give him our purchased item because he didn't have the phone to show proof that we ordered the food. I was not very happy and was beyond agitation regarding this tactics. I went to the window and I saw my food sitting there, oh wow; my first and last name printed on the receipt attached to the bag. I couldn't get back to my order because of spotty service. I showed my CC to validate who I am.
I order pick up from many other establishments and was never interrogated to validate who I was to pick my order up. I'm concerned because what if I wasn't present in the car. Would he have to drove back to OC without the purchased food?

I asked to speak to a manager and comically I was told no manager eas on shift. I asked for the corporate number and was told there was not a number for corporate.
I will never patronize this place ever again!!

I pulled into a drive thru with no cars in line and yet they forgot my order when I got to the window. I reordered at the window, but later found out that they gave me 6 pieces of chicken when I paid for 8 pieces of chicken.

I haven't been to church in a long time and yesterday was the first day that I entered the churches Texas chicken and it was amazing staff was phenomenal very friendly and helpful the food was amazing

Terrible service!! They gave me such an attitude for something they did wrong. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Management should do better & hire people that are willing to greet & help customers. Make sure to double check your order & change unlike me, that I did that until I was parking at home & I returned right away but the girl at the counter was giving me a hard time. I know customers aren't always right but neither are employees. The 3 girls working had such a nasty attitude, not one single one of them is friendly.

The cashier very abusive I'm thinking is the manager. Nat offer deals on chicken. First time I'm paid over price for meal 21 dls 3 pieces & 2 sides + soda. Even KFC has that price. For tha meal. I'm don't b recommended this place.
